PART-A Hiring of Agency for Installation of Flex Hoardings and Signages at Surajkund Mela grounds for Surajkund International Crafts Mela- 2025. (As per the scope of work Mentioned in Tender Document).

P/F hoardings in Star Flex with Metal Structure (MS) Sq. frame of size 1.5”x1.5”, divided by members i.e. MS frame /Bamboo/ Ballies for the erection of the hoardings. The rate may be quoted for designing, printing, fixing & removal. Thick ness of the starflex should be 300 GSM as per the breakup given in scope of work). The disposal of waste material be made by the agency after completion of mela..

P/F Hoarding/ signages/informative boards of the flex printing without frames. (only flex with 04 nos. PYLETS). The firm will fix the flex prints at the designated places as per the instruction of Architect cell/SKMA and breakup given in scope of work. The rate may be quoted for designing, printing, fixing & removal.

P/F Hoarding/ signages/ informative boards of the flex printing with Metal Structure MS Sq. frame of size 1”x1” (20 SWG) to be provided in and around the mela ground. The thickness of flex should be 300 GSM as per the breakup given in scope of work. The rate may be quoted for designing, printing, fixing & removal. The disposal of waste material be made by the agency after completion of mela.

PART – B Providing/Fixing Permanent signages on MS Poles (As per scope of work mentioned in the tender document)

Repair/Replacement of Vinyl sheeting of directional signages 1’-6” dia & 15”x6”plate below it as/site requirement in the mela area alongwith repainting of MS pole 5’-0” height.

Providing/Fixing new Retro reflective sheet Type-XI of 3M/Avery/Orofol for Guide maps of size 8’-0”x5’-0” on the already existing frames at Surajkund mela ground.

Replacement of Vinyl sheeting of sun shape of size 4’-7”x2’-0” on existing guide maps.

P/F 3mm with Vinyl sheet on 3 mm thick sunboard with latex printing and mat lamination in the staircase area including scaffolding at Hotel Rajhans.

Replacement of Vinyl sheet on existing Easel Stand (Reserved parking board for mela administrator and vice chairman outside protocol office) .

Painting of all frames/poles of existing signages/boards.
