ERECTION

Survey including Profiling, Tower spotting, Optimisation of Tower locations, Prepration of Tower schedule for 132 KV Line.

Check Survey including peg marking for 132 KV Line

Earth work in excavation by mechanical/ manual means in benching/revetment work including disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed with all leads & lifts, disposed earth to be neatly levelled and dressed

i) In ordinary soil/ earth mixed with boulders

ii) In ordinary Rock/DFR/SFR

iii) In Hard Rock

Earth work in excavation by mechanical/ manual means in foundation pits of any size including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as backfilling or as directed, including all leads and lifts.

i) In ordinary soil/ earth mixed with boulders

ii) In ordinary Rock/DFR/SFR

iii) In Hard Rock

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in sides of foundations in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating deposited layer by ramming and watering.

Concrete for foundations including all material, shouring and shuttering if any, forming, concreting and curing of water inlcuding cost of cement for M-20 i.e 1:1.5:3 mix concrete (cost of supply MS steel bar is not to be included)

Concrete for foundations including all material, shouring and shuttering if any, forming, concreting and curing of water inlcuding cost of cement for M-10 i.e 1:3:6 mix concrete (cost of supply MS steel bar is not to be included)

Erection of Tower including erection of leg extension, body extension, Tack Welding etc.

Laying, Stringing Tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. complete with ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of insulators and fitting of vibration dampers etc. for complete route for D/C.

Laying, Stringing Tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. complete with Single Earthwire 7/10 SWG including fixing of clamps and all accessories.

Installation of Tower accessories

Protection work as per given below

i) Revetment with rough stones and random rubbles with 1:6:12 cement mortor inlcuding cost of all material, labour and T&P, excavation, back filling, levelling etc.
