Supply & delivery at site , installation and commissioning of vertical turbine pump motor set complete having the following head discharge characteristics , capable to discharge raw water ,having specific gravity 1.0, with SS(CF8M) impeller, CI casing , dischagre head ,motor stool along with other standard accessories with TEFC ,1000 rpm(synchronous),6Pole, 3 Phase, 6.0 kv ± 10% AC ,insulation class F , IP 55 , squirrel cage induction motor of suitable ratings as required complete with adequate supports and as per technical specification and direction of EIC and as per CPHEEO standard . Motor shall have a margin of at least 30% margin over the pump input at duty point or 10% margin over the maximum pump input in the worst case of the pump operation in the total range (from shut-off to run out), whichever is higher .Pumps shall be installed on suitable RCC foundation adhering to all the technical requirements of the pump manufacturer. Make : Pump :WPIL / Mather & Platt / KBL . Motor : CGL/Marathon/Siemens/ABB

1200 m³/hr against a tentative head of 60 to 65 m (2nos working + 2no. Standby ) . (Finally actual TDH to be determined by the tenderer at the time of detailed engineering after consultation with the concerned division dealing with the pipe laying ).

Supply, delivery at site, installation & commissioning of 9-Panel HT Switch Board of 250 MVA, 6.0 KV 24.1KA , 800 Amps complete in all respect with all other accessories as per technical specification and direction of EIC. (Incomer feeder-1, Motor feeder-4 nos.,Capacitor feeder-2nos , Transformer feeder-2 nos.) Make : Schneider/ Siemens / ABB

Supply, delivery at site, installation & commissioning of HT capacitor bank of required rating .(Rating to be freezed during detail engineering ).

Repairing of existing LT panel to make it completely fit for operation by replacing the required materials as required along with proper connection and termination and as per direction of EIC.

Repairing of existing control desk to make it completely fit for operation by replacing the required materials as required along with proper connection and termination and as per direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site, installation , commissioning of suitable HT , LT , Control, Signal ,Power cables on required trays, ducts, trenches ,supports with required fabrication as per site condition , as required in place of old cables and as per direction of the EIC.

Supply, delivery at site fitting and fixing of following MS pipe including fabrication of all necessary accessories special viz dismantling joints, Puddle plates ( 20mm), Bell Mouth, bends, tees, enlarger/reducer, R.C.C. pedestal for common manifold , etc including cutting walls, pipes, making flanged & welded joints as required, fitting fixing complete in all respect including cost of all fitings, sundry and jointing materials as required for laying of pipe with anti-corrosive treatment of all pipe surface complete as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

400 mm , 10mm thick DF Metallic dismantling joint with split flange, long stud, bolts, nuts etc.

600 mm , 10mm thick (For common manifold piping)

Supply, delivery at site, lowering, fitting and fixing of DIDF non return valve (PN-1.6 ) of following size in proper position and alignment by providing temporary support as required including cost of all sundry materials such as gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. all complete as required to complete the job in all respect as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

400 mm, dia (for individual pump delivery side)

Supply, delivery at site, lowering, fitting and fixing of DIDF butterfly valve (PN-1.6) alongwith suitable rated motorised actuator of following size in proper position and alignment by providing temporaray support as required including cost of all sundry materials such as gaskets, nuts, bolts etc all complete as required to complete the job in all respect as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

400 mm dia (for individual pump delivery line)

Supply, delivery at site, fitting and fixing of single orifice type air release valve with isolation valve of adequate size for manifold pipe line complete with all other standard accessories including cost of all sundry materials and fitting fixing charges as required as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site, fitting and fixing of dust & damp proof following field instruments complete with all valves, cocks and other fixtures including cost of all sundry materials as required as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

0-10 kgf/cm² (6" dial bourdon type for individual delivery line,accuracy ± 1%)

0-10 kgf/cm² (8" dial bourdon type for common delivery manifold,accuracy ± 1%)

Supply, delivery at site fitting and fixing of mechanical level indicator including stilling pipe and all other accessories including all cabling connections all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site fitting and fixing of the ultra sonic water level sensor with indicator including transmitter / transducer / stilling pipe and all other accessories including all cabling connections all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery, fitting and fixing of fabrication works as required and as per direction of EIC.

Earthing the whole installation as per IE Rules & Acts, specifications, complete in all respect including supply,installation of all required earthing materials,flats,earth electrodes and all other sundries,fitting,fixtures including making proper earth stations as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Painting the whole installation as per technical specifcation and direction of EIC.

Carrying out high pressure test of the HT installation by approved agency and obtaining necessary clearance fron Directorate of Electricity as per direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site & laying of MS pipe including fabrication of all necessary accessories special ,enlarger, ,R.C.C. / fabricated pedestal , thrust blocks , etc including cutting pipes, making flanged & welded joints as required, for joining the common delivery manifolds with the existing prelaid rising main pipes complete as per technical specification and direction of EIC. Note : Any mechanical or electrical or civil , parts/spare/equipment not included in the BOQ but required to complete the project is to be supplied by the agency at free of cost i.e.cost of such items shall be included within this offer.

Round the clock monitoring of the newly installed equipments for 1 year .

Dismanlting and removing the existing damaged equipments from their present place and stacking them to a suitable place within a distance of 25 km as per direction of EIC. (pumps , motors, valves, HT panel , cables, pipes , etc. ).
