Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for pipe line in any type of soil, getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water main including all fitting with spigot socket ends and lead/tyton joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead of the following size of pipe for reuse as directed for the following sizes of pipes complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 200mm nominal dia

S&F for Ductile Iron pipes with spigot and socket ends, including jointing Rubber gas kit as per IS- 8329,internal lining with cement mortor class K-7 in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 200mm nominal dia

S & F DI pipe fitting such as bend, reducer , socket, Tee etc of various size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CI sluice valve Cast iron PN-1.6 flanged end conforming to IS -14846 with CI wheel, brass spindle, chuck nuts, rubber gasket, bolts (full threaded), nuts & washers including joints for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable CI Sluice valve from existing position complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 200mm nominal dia

Supply and fix lever operated Wafer butterfly valve IS-13095 ,PN-1.6, single disc type with complete accessories such as rubber gasket, bolts (full threaded), nuts & washers including joints for the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 150mm nominal dia

Dismantling existing unserviceable valve pits and construction of new brick masonry valve pits of size 1200x1200x1200mm (internal dimension) with brick work in cement mortar (1:4) 40mmx40mm x6 mm angle iron frame ,MS handle 300mm long, bent to shape and riveted to MS sheet including excavation and earth work, concrete work 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinges and handle rendering work, painting to all steel surfaces with two coats red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 18.00 here-in-above but of size 900x900x900mm (internal dimension) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type D2(1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole for supporting of pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L burning out Lead Joint in Cast Iron Pipes 80mm nominal dia in Position including recovering old Lead, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L burning out Lead Joint in Cast Iron Pipes 100mm nominal dia in Position including recovering old Lead, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L burning out Lead Joint in Cast Iron Pipes 150mm nominal dia in Position including recovering old Lead, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L burning out Lead Joint in Cast Iron Pipes 200mm nominal dia in Position including recovering old Lead, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only run lead joints for pipes and fittings (spigot and socket ends) 80 mm nominal dia and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply oniy run lead joints for pipes and fittings (spigot and socket ends) 100 mm nominal dia and testing complete all as specified and as directeD.

Supply oniy run lead joints for pipes and fittings (spigot and socket ends) 150 mm nominal dia and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix valve ( NRV ) reflux flanged end of size 150 mm nominal dia incl making necessary joints dismantalling and taking out old u/s NRV complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down of pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal ,Earth work Excavation /filling of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including by using suffient dewatering pumps , and directed by the Engineer -in - Charge. (a) 80 mm bore CI/DI Pipe

(c ) 150 mm nominal dia CI/DI pipe

(d) 200 mm nominal dia CI/DI pipe Note 1 Ser No 30 to 33 :- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down (ii) Necessary labour / trade men for attending break down. (iii) does not include Labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials, fittings etc. Note 2 :- M&L for Lead joints, supply only CI / DI / MS pipes, specials, fittings will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of BOQ.

Surface dressing in soft /loose soil not exeeding 15 cm deep, across the pipe lines etc, and including site clearence, cutting and cleaning of branches / bushes / plants / grass obstructing the pipe lines / valves / chambers / sumps / OHTs on either sides and water supply Installation area including disposal of materials up to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
