Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris outside the MD land complete.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type and any size complete all as specified.

Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground complete.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in this Schedule and neatly stacking at site where directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu.m getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 m and making good surface.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating including provision of necessary formwork etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in rubber moulded kerb stones of size and Shape as approved by GE, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 12 here-in-above but except kerb stone.

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No 14 here-in-above but except block.

M&L factory made pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks or slabs, 10 cm thick (plain or interlocking joints) and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns,etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting holes in brick works of size exc half brick but not exc one brick built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required including making good as per its original specification with out any extra cost complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped, ends etc all as specified.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter with rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, peirs, columns and stanchions, square rectangular or polygonal rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 11-15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10cm long complete all as specified.

S&F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending, hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 26 here-in-above but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups -do-

M&L for MS round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in integrated doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

All as per item No 29 here-in-above but errection and fixing only old gates after repair work, necessary welding, pillars repairs etc.

S&F stainless steel hand railings and integrated Gates etc. of grade 304 SS including designer balusters, railling pipes, size, shape and design as approved by GE, cut to length and designer balls accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L for expanded metal weight not exceeding 4 Kgs per Sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS galvanized chain link fencing (120 to 140 gms) 4mm dia and 75mm spacing and weighing not less than 2.75 kg/sqm diagonally pinned including line wire rails, straining bolts and provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Make: M/s Sachi, TATA or equivalent as approved by GE.

Fixing only diagonally pinned fencing wire including line wire, any mesh size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Z black) work (table rubbed, polished and rounding of edges where ever necessary as ordered) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified. (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of rounding of edges and cement screed)

M&L for Machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 295x295x25 mm thick (confirming to IS: 13801-1993) machine pressed with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade and laying on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.(Note: i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work)

M&L for M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, PVC moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished, even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of weather proof anti-fungal Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint on new kerb stone surfaces over a priming coat of same Emulsion as ordered complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorative wall/ kerb stone including cornices (plastered / unplastered) of any description, including rubbing, scrapping by hand held sander/ long handle sander and washing and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion paint on Kerb stone/ decorative wall in alternate panels complete all as specified and as directed by Enginner -in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old Kerb stone/ decorative wall surface and applying two coats of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint having alkalie and antifungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade as approved by GE with silicon aditives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 0.90 Ltr / 10 Sqm on Kerb stone/ Decorative wall in alternate panels complete all as specified and directed by Enginner -in-charge.

M&L for two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

M&L for two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface, not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.
