PILING WORK

BORING Providing Bored Cast-in-situ M:30 grade R.C.C. pile in position as per specifications in all kinds of soil including cost of boring using drilling mud to stabilize the bore and flushing the bore of excess mud with freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps prior to placing concrete by tremie pipe in one continuous operation and including the cost of all materials and labour for placing of concrete and also including the cost of mobilization and hire charges of all equipment necessary for boring, welding of reinforcement cage as necessary and lowering of reinforcement cage, preparation and placing of concrete, including the cost of concrete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and labour for bending binding etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. Work to be executed as per IS: 2911 (Part II Sec 2) (a) Using hydraulic piling rig iv) Pile diameter - 600 mm. The Rate of providing the temporary steel casing upto 3m depth is included.

Providing MS casing pipe around RCC cast-in-situ bored piles of different diameters in position including cost of all materials, fabrication, handling etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m i) Tor steel/Mild Steel I. SAIL/ TATA/RINL

Removal of mud/sludge/slurry/liquid earth obtained during piling work from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the KMC/Municipal or any suitable area with conformity of Municipal Corporation Rules using tanker including loading and unloading the same with pump, clearing the site complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (c) For 600mm Pile

(d) For 750mm Pile

Performing Lateral load test on two piles or two groups of piles by introducing a hydraulic jack with gauge between two piles or pile groups under test by applying horizontal loads in increments of about 20% of the estimated safe load at each stage and applying the next increment after the rate of displacement is nearer to 0.1 mm. per 30 minutes till the total displacement becomes, 12 mm at the cutoff level including the cost of arranging the entire set-up, hire charges of all implements including at least two dial gauges, preparing the pile head if necessary, and removal of all arrangement after completion etc. complete in all respect including cost of carriage of all materials and as per IS specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Performing Vertical load test on single Pile in accordance with IS:2911(Part-IV) by hydraulic jacks on pile/piles with 1.5 times the design load including preparation of the head of piles with concrete of required strength for receiving the jacks with all ancillary arrangements for setting up gauges, construction of suitable platforms, keeping the loads and dismantling and removing all arrangement etc. complete as per IS specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. iii) Testing load between 150 T and 200 T. N.B. This item is applicable for both work pile and test pile. Test should be carried out as per IS 2911 part IV 1985.

Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain / Sonic Integrity Test / Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS 14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerized equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. c) North Zone

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. (a) In ground floor including roof

STRUCTURAL WORK

Pre-Constructional Anti-termite measures: Anti termite treatment to the top surface of the consolidated earth within plinth walls with chemical emulsion by admixing Imidacloprid emulsifiable concentrates (105ml in 50 litres) with water at the rate of 5 Litres per sq. m. of the surface before sand bed or sub-grade is laid. Holes upto 50 mm. to 75 mm. deep at 150 mm. centre to centre both ways shall be made with 12 mm, diameter mild steel rod on the surface to facilitate saturation of the soil with the chemical emulsion. The work shall be carried out as per specification described in 7.2.3. of code IS-6313 (part-II) 2013. (Mode of measurment will be plan area of plinth treated.)

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000 mm. but not requiring shoring.

Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 3000 mm. upto 4000mm. excluding cost of shoring as necessary.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

(c) (i) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius of 1 km. including cost of carried earth.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / Sqm) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Batch Mixed concrete of M 30 Grade with well Graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu. M of Wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plasticizer designing concrete mix following I.S 10262 and I.S. 456 transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required level of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work compacting and curing the same complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge including hire charges of computerised batching plant, transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item. Consumption of cement will not be less than 320 Kg of cement per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix foumula. Providing and fixing Trap door with following specification including cost of shop drawings, materials, transportations, Labour, consumable etc. all complete a) Trap door having hardwood frame structure of section 75X38 mm wood and 16mm ply to be fixed to the structure and finished with 1mm thick laminate for outer side and 0.8 mm thick laminate for inner side. WATER PROOFING

Expansion joint in floor roof etc. formed with V strips made of 22.5 cm wide strips of 24 gauge aluminium sheets with anchor arm projecting on each side (and end turned ) embedded in adjacent cement concrete, including shaping and finishing the edges on either side of the joint (including the cost of bituminous filler if any) complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Sealing new expansion joint with Elastomeric Polysulphide Sealant of gap size 50mm X 25mm Including cleaning of the expansion joint thoroughly, mending of Edges & surface, placing 50mm dia Backer rod as back up material with the cost of materials, labours, & all other incidental charges as per manufacturer's specification & direction of Engineer-incharge.

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturer's specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc. (No Departmental Cement is required)

Polymer concrete made with water resistant bonding agent of synthetic rubber emulsion as per manufacturer's specification excluding the cost of cement concrete (2.75 Kg / bag of cement) Note : Payment on volume of (1 : 1½ : 3) Concrete.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety

The Singhason shall be fabricated using 1st class teakwood with CNC/machine-cut carving works fixed over 19mm thick plywood on MS structural framework. a) Singhason shall be designed with four posts, with the total carved design fixed above the posts as per architectural drawings. b) MS structure for four posts shall be fabricated using 150x75x5 mm rectangular MS sections. c) Plywood framework shall be fixed over the MS structure as per approved design. d) Flexi ply shall be fixed in curved/required profiles to achieve the desired shape. e) Teakwood decorative beading and moulding shall be fixed in position over the ply surfaces. f) Back side of the Singhason shall be finished with teakwood carving work paneling, as per design. g) Red raw silk fabric with ornamented stitching work and required frills shall be provided and fixed at the designated locations as per drawing and design intent.(Fabric - 6000 Sq.ft included) h) The entire exposed surface of posts and Singhason shall be finished with matte lacquered polish to achieve a smooth and uniform finish. ROLLING SHUTTER WORK

Providing and Painting of structural steel surfaces of bridge members by grit blast cleaning or centrifugal blasting with a suitable abrasive materials like crushed slag in accordance with clause-III of IS 6586 : 1989 immediately before painting , to make the surface free from grease, oil, rust and other foreign materials. SHIV MURTI

Structural Stainless Steel work built up sections Providing, supply, fabrication, transportation and erection of complete internal structural framework in Stainless Steel 304 grade built-up sections exclusively for construction of 33.00 metre high Shiv Statue with four hands. The work comprises columns, space frame members, trusses, rafters, floor joists, wind bracings, tie beams, gusset plates, base plates, anchor bolts, stainless steel fasteners and all necessary connection elements required for stability, strength and to achieve the desired statue geometry, complete in all respects as per approved structural design, detailed drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. These structural stainless steel built-up sections shall be manufactured using advanced CNC Plasma / Oxy-Acetylene cutting equipment and H-Beam Welding line. Welding shall be carried out in full depth on both sides of plates/sections adopting relevant Indian Standard Codes for stainless steel welding and fabrication. The item includes all operations such as cutting, grinding, drilling, bending, machining, shop assembly, trial fit-up, transportation to site, lifting, alignment, leveling, bolting, site welding, scaffolding/staging required for erection at 33 m height, safety arrangements, tools and tackles, cranes and skilled manpower, all complete.

Bronze metal CASTING cladding Design, supply, fabrication, taransportion and erection of bronze metal 8 mm thick casting cladding over existing structural stainless steel built-up sections . These sheet cladding shall be manufactured using advanced CNC Plasma/Oxy Acetylene cutter and H Beam Welding line. Welding shall be in full depth on both sides of the plate adopting relevant I.S Code and as per manufacturer specifications and direction of Enginner in charge ,complete with all respect as desired as site. The rate are inclusive of all material, transportation upto site, fabrication, installation and required any tools or machineries and any lifting arrangement during installation.

STONE WORK WITH CURVING WORK

The BANSHI PAHARPUR / MASALPUR / DHOLPUR Sand stone shall be as specified in the description of item. The stone shall be hard, sound, tough, free from cracks, decay & weathering. In case of red sand stone, white patches or streaks shall not be allowed. However scattered spots upto 10 mm diameter will be permitted. Before starting the work the contractor should submitt the SHOP drawing and Sample Stone, now after getting the approval of Shop drawing from EIC and after getting approval of SAMPLE STONE from the Engineer-in-Charge contractor only can start the stone work. i) Size of Stone : Normally stones used should be enough to be lifted and placed by crane or lifter. The length, breadth and height of the stone shall be as per approved SHOP drawing. ii) Dressing : Every stone shall be cut to the required size and shape chisel dressed on all beds and joints so as to be free from waviness and to give truly vertical and horizontal joints. In exposed masonry, the faces that are to remain exposed in the final position and the adjoining faces to a depth of 6 mm shall be the fine chisel dressed so that when checked with 60 cm straight edge, no point varies from it by more than 1 mm. The top and bottom faces that are to form the bed joints shall be chisel dressed so that variation from 60 cm straight edge at no point exceeds 3 mm. Faces which are to form the vertical joints should be chisel dressed so that variation at any point with 60 cm straight edge does not exceed 6 mm. Any vertical face that is to come against backing of masonry shall be dressed such that variation from straight edge does not exceed 10 mm. All angles and edges that are to remain exposed in the final position shall be true, square and free from chippings. A sample of dressed stone shall be prepared for approval of Engineer-in-Charge/Architect/Consultant. It shall be kept at the worksite as a sample after being approved.

iii) Carving : Labour for integrated and ornamental carving/curving works over Banshi Paharpur Sand Stone at any level in-situ for entire Project. Stone Curving work of any diameter and of any design as per approved shop drawing should be done and shall include all cutting and waste and templates. The entire curving work will be done as per approved shop drawing at ground level before fixing or at any level after fixing. The work includes labour charges, all machineries, tools and tackles, lifting arrangment, consumables, grinding wheel required for curving etc. Including the cost for Hydra or any crane for turning, shifting, holding to facilitate the carving work and including cost of all infrastrcuture works to accomodate the skilled gang etc all complete. The work shall be carried out by high skilled well experienced labours and to be executed manually or by engagnig machineries tools and tackles. The work will be executed as per direction of EIC.

iv) Laying : All stones shall be wetted before placing in position. These shall be floated on mortar and bedded properly in position with wooden mallets without the use of chips or under pinning of any sort. interconnect between two adjacent stone properly SS-304 'C' Clamp at any height and level need to be provide. The clamp having total length minimum (3"+12"+3"=)18" and 12mm dia. The 3" side of Clamp should penitrate in cutting hole in Stones. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labours and all others machineries to create holes, groove and anchored etc. The work will be executed as per direction of EIC. The walls and pillars shall be carried up truly plumb or battered as shown in drawings. All courses shall be laid truly horizontal and all vertical joints shall be truly vertical. When necessary, jib crane or other mechanical appliances shall be used to hoist the heavy pieces of stones and place these into correct positions, care being taken that the corners of the stone are not damaged. Stone shall be covered with gunny bags, before tying chain or rope is passed over it, and it shall be handled carefully. No piece shall be used in work which has been damaged. After placing the stone the Stone joint should be filled with mixture of White cement and Pigment to match the Stone colour and the gap between stone and RCC or Stone with stone filled with Sand Cement (1:1) Mortar.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of SS 304 Clamp at any height and level to hold the Stone with RCC Wall. The clamp having 3 side of total length (8"+8"+3"=)19", 4" width and 8mm thick. It is almost looks like a Z. The 2 sides having length 8" and 3" are perpendicularly connected with straight middle side having length 8" and in opposite direction. The 8" side of Clamp should anchored with RCC surface by 2 nos M12x115 Mechanical anchor and the other 3" side will penitrate in cutting groove in Stone. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labours and all others machineries to create holes, groove and anchored etc. The work will be executed as per direction of EIC. The work shall be carried out by high skilled well experienced labours and to be executed manually or by engagnig machineries tools and tackles. The work will be executed as per direction of EIC. SIZE - ANY. [The exact height of the carved murti will be considered as final measurement. The height of the plane on which the murti will be carved will not be considered]

The 11 KV VCB board shall be complete with all measuring and protective devices, bus-bar, CT, PT etc. as per specification & drawing and relevant standard. The scope of erection includes earthing of the VCB Switch Board at two points, all alignments, leveling, coupling and assembly of panels & bus bars including assembly of dis-assembled /split up sections, loosely supplied relays, meters, bus-bars etc., grouting, bolting, fabrication and fixing of base channel as per manufacturer's/ client's recommendation and site condition.
