Extension of vertical height of the existing boundary wall of Kamalpur Sub-Jail by providing steel framing, Profile sheet, barbed wire fencing at top and repairing the existing boundary wall for strengthening security.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Demolishing reinforced cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars properly and disposal of unserviceable material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge..

Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

GI Barbed Wire Fencing. Providing and fixing 3 lines of G.I. Barbed Wire Fencing (Type A-lowa Type, Size Designation 1) made of two line wires each 2.5 mm in diameter with 2.5 mm diameter barbs formed around the line wires at a spacing of 75 mm to 100 mm, conforming to IS: 278-2009, using existing wooden, RCC, or steel posts, including stretching, fixing with G.I. staples or binding wire, tightening with turn buckles, and providing all necessary accessories, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- 1:1:2 ( 1 Cement: 1 fine sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with wooden plank

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
