M&L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges or in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of roof surface by thoroughly wire brushed , washed ,dried up, cleaned of all the foreign matters and dust ,and applying bituminous primer @250gms/sqm , and then laying 4mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyster matt as reinforced weighing not less than 4.00kg per sqm , laid on primed surface with torch application method by providing overlap minimum 100mm longitudnal and 150mm on transverse direction. All angles and similiar projections should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage, all joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml/bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and pigment over screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, 25 or 32 mm bore incl cleaning and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of PVC drain pipes 75 /32 mm bore set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm bore, single socketed, in any length as in waste/ vent pipe fixed with rubber ring joints fixed on walls using necessary saddles, screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing sadaralli stone including nut and bolts of any thickness on vertical cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof slab padding, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating of type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 to 25 mm thick flame finished sadarahalli machine cut stone cladding laid dry fixed with stainless steel clamp and anchor fasteners hilti make stainless steel anchor fastners one set consists stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 80mm, stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 150 mm and stainless steel clamp 5 x 50 mm on vertical surface of wall and column by the following method:- a) Make suitable depression (approx. 5mm width and 25 mm depth on vertical face of stone fix the clamp). b) Make suitable drill hole to the surface of stone and wall/column to fix anchor fasteners. c) Make good the surface of drilled portion (where headless bolts are inserted) using universal surface filler(supertak or equivalent). d) Quoted rates are inclusive for providing scaffolding/boom lift/crane as required. Contractors should arrange necessary scaffolding/ boomlift/brane and takes all safety precautions for workers at the time of carrying out works as described. Note:- Supply only Hilti make anchor Fasteners and clamps and headless bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item no 26 above but except sadarahalli stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only hilti make stainless steel anchor fastener- 10 x 80mm, stainless steel anchor fastner- 10 x 150 mm and stainless steel clamp 5 x 50 mm for fixing of sadrahalli stone cladding complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to expansion joint with following specifications :- (a) Demolition and removal of masonry (stone / brick) over the expansion joints and necessary chipping with machine, electrical chipper tools and removing debris from site, location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Open expansion joint by chipping loose portions, surface and straightening the edges of the expansion joint using FOSROC Renderoc-S2 or equivalent make of Pidilite, SIKA, STC, two part structural grade reinstatement mortar or equivalent including preparation of surface complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) After strengthening the edges of expansion joint, expansion joint shall be filled with Hydrocel XL or equivalent make of Pidilite, SIKA, STC etc @155 mm thick material, and then polythelene backer rod 30mm dia is to be fixed in expansion joint and the balance gap to be filled with concrete of size 40mm X 20mm with FOSROC Thioflex 600 two part polysulphide sealant or equivalent material. (d) Providing and fixing Expoband a hypalon membrane system which is designed to be bonded over movement joints in structures to prevent the passage of water. The Hypalon membrane is bonded in position using Nitobond PC 40, two part epoxy adhesive or equivalent make of Pidilite, SIKA, STC, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. (e) Providing and applying bituminous water based primer on the prepared surface and when the surface is tacky self adhesive SBS membranes by using FOSROC Proofex GP or equivalent make of Pidilite, SIKA, STC are installed and firmly pasted it on the existing membrane joints laid in dry condition with approximate 80mm overlap of edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sealing all the joints in sadarahalli stone with epoxy sealent of make forsroc, McCoy Soudal or equivalent including cleaning of existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling.The snap grid frame work shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hanger consisting of 6mm da mild steel rod, J bolts with necessary bolts, nuts and washers.The snap grid (main/cross tee section) supported at ends shall be 40mm x 25mm x 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM and the main & cross tee shall be jointed at junction/ crossing with angle bracket of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm, weighing 0.12 Kg/ RM complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4mm thick non-asbestos fiber cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber, GI/aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion paint (interior grade) on wall complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions.
