M&L for preparing plastered/putty on wall surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint with automatic air less spayer over a coat of putty over a coat of exterior primer after complete removal of existing treatment by scapping with mechanical with sand paper (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paints etc by skilled labour including necessary scoffolding upto three storey building height complete all as specified and directed.
