Establishing a War Room to assist the elected representatives and officials of the Sangamner Municipal Council in reviewing various projects and services, as well as in securing funds by submitting proposals under CSR,UCF,Govt Scheme

RFP मधील संपूर्ण Scope of Work नुसार Municipal Governance War Room, Dashboard / MIS, PMU व प्रशासकीय अंमलबजावणी सहाय्य यंत्रणा चालविणे; नवनिर्वाचित पदाधिकारी यांना विविध प्रकल्प / सेवांचा आढावा घेणेकामी सहाय्य करणे; department-wise data tracking, review meeting support, field coordination, documentation तसेच CSR / Urban Challenge Fund व इतर शासकीय योजनांतून निधी प्राप्त करणेकामी funding facilitation support पुरविणे. सदर दरामध्ये on-site MIS / Dashboard Operator, expert support, manpower cost, dashboard / MIS operation, data collection, reporting, local travel, administrative overheads व agency चे सर्व खर्च समाविष्ट राहतील. (प्रति महिना GST सह एकत्रित सेवा शुल्क)
