Dismantling of existing Monobloc/ pump motor set of capacity 2 to 5 HP from pipe lines from existing foundation by using tripot and chain pulley block for repairing and servicing. Also reinstallation of the same on foundation and connecting pipe lines by using tripot and chain pulley block after repairing etc complete as required.

Dismantling of existing Submersible pump 1.5 to 2 HP from pipe lines from bore well by using tripot and chain pulley block for repairing and servicing. Also reinstallation of the same on in bore well and connecting pipe lines by using tripot and chain pulley block after repairing etc complete as required.

Repair and Servicing of following Capacity water pumps by replacement of following faulty components.

a) Rewinding of 2.0 to 3.0 HP motor with copper wire etc complete as required.

b) Rewinding of 5.0 HP motor with copper wire etc complete as required.

c) Rewinding of 1.5 HP to 2 HP submersible pump set etc complete as required.

d) 2" PVC Foot valve (50 mm dia)

e) Suction Hose Pipe 2 Inch/50 mm Green colour

f ) HDPE Bend 2"

g) HDPE Gate valve 15 mm dia

h) MK01 Pump Starter suitable up to 5 HP motor pump set

i) Ball Bearing

B) E.I. & COMPOUND LIGHTS : (a) Visit charges for finding & attending fault including arranging special tools like ladder, drill machine etc as for rectification fault in electrical installation etc as required ( upto 8KM within Ahmednagar City )

(b) Rectification of fault & repairing/attending of faulty points/MCBDB fault/wiring fault/cable fault including restore the supply as it required (1 Job includes attending fault and restore supply time to time whenever required) ( More than 8KM Distance from Ahmednagar city )

(c) Replacement of faulty Compound light fittings by 20 to 30 watt suitable for working on 230 volts 50 hz AC supply LED Area flood light fitting etc etc complete as required.

Reparing of faulty Celing / exhaust fans at different location i/c rewinding of rotor and replacing of faulty bearing etc as required.

Replacement of following capacity electrical switchgears and accessories etc complete as required.

b) 100 Amp MCCB 4 Pole DU 125 MCCB (Make L&T)

c) 63A TP MCB ( Make : Indo Kopp)

Replacement of following sizes faulty service cable including laying / fixing with suitable supports etc complete as required.

a) 2 core x 10 Sq. MM double insulated unarmoured Aluminum Conductor Cable including laying / fixing with suitable protection on pole /in air etc complete as required.

b) 4 core x 10 Sq. MM double insulated unarmoured Aluminum Conductor Cable including laying / fixing with suitable protection on pole /in air etc complete as required.

c) Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and fixing 63 amps. rating, 415V, 4 pole, front operated on load changeover switch in sheet steel enclosure on existing wall including making interconnections, testing & commissioning with dismantling the Existing burnt faulty change over switch witn supply disconnection etc. complete as required.

Replacement of faulty 63A, 2-pole,230 V, off load, with handle front operated with metal sheet enclosure Changeover switch on the existing wall with new one i/c making interconnection , Testing commissioning etc as reqd. i/c dismentling of existing faulty switch, disconnecting cables etc complete as required

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required
