Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees,shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizer(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge( Cost of Good Earth, Manure,Fertilizer, Insecticide,Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the Contractor) and as per direction of officer in charge.

Engagement of unskilled male for daily sweeping of market premises( out side & Inside) of all common spaces including stairs with water mixed with liquid soap and surface disinfactant of approved brand ( Phenyile) (White) and make and mopping the same to make it dry and clean ,daily clening internal drains daily dusting hand rail of stairs ,collapsible gate ,lift cage , and dusting doors and windows pane and ceiling once in a week ,sweeping roof and cleaning the mouth of rain water pipes once in a week ,daily watering of all plants and hedges ,periodical deweeding and stacking garbage at nearby waste bins complete as per direction of EIC (a) unskilled male will be provided as per direction of the EIC during the year. Mazdoor(Male/Female) Ground Floor (Inside & Outside) premises , internal drains, doors & windows ,Ceiling including removal of sludge etc.and other works as and when required as per direction of Engineer in charge( One nos Labour/ day). Maintenance Period 24(twenty four) months.

Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn/Garden area and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method/manually,remove litter, debries, picking of leaves,paper,plastic bottles etc including disposal of collected waste in dustbin/designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge( all T & P materials/articles shall be provided by the Contractor)

Maintenance of earthen potted plants in displayed at multi storied office buildings,flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge

Washing and cleaning with soap water and rubbing with oil cloth in all types of floor and dado.

Sunflower hybrid well developed 15 to 20 cm ht. with fresh & healthy foliage at blooming stage in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot.

Petunia hybrid different colour single well developed in full bloom in 20 cm Earthen/Plastic Pot.

Dahlia single in different colour with fresh & healthy foliage well developed with 6 to 8 half blooming buds in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot.

Providing and Displaying Marigold jaffri orange /yellow/Russet colour well developed with fresh & healthy foliage with 40 to 50 flowers in bloom specimen plant 60 to 75 cm ht in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
