M&L for formwork to edges of conrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, conrete railing, openings in corete wlls, floor and roofs n. exc 20 cm wide and side of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar works exc 10 cm but n exc 20 cm wide , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or secruing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm in weep holes using broken stones or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) over roof mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over while the padding concrete is still green finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured & paid seperately)

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (Minimum), weighting not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bituminious primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torching application etc as per manufacturer's instructions. The overlaps shall be minium 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm longitudinal direction over cold solvent Bituminous primer @ 0.25 ltr/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of plastered surfaces & applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg /Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of plastered surface & applying two coats of epoxy resin / polymer modified cementious coating like brush bond of FOSROC or equivalent on walls , beams & sunken portion of floor / slab etc as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid ceramic tiles colour 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 including brushing with neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 39 above but skirting including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic colur tiles (450x300 x 7mm thick) on dado & skirting , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10 mm thick rendering rough/even & fair in CMr 1:4 to receive tile, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for second class hard wood as in plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purline from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall, Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c, so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid and painted with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved shed /make over a coat of cement primer before installing it on the grid all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilatorsincluding providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required ("S&F of glass panes and wiremesh shall be measured and paid seperately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer- in- charge,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 125x60mm for door frames with one or more rebates including hinges (100/50mm stainless steel),lock strike plate, shock absorber, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats with coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 45 but size 105x60 mm , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, holdfast blocks, coping, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, lin steps, kneelers, bed plates, apex stones kerbs benching , levelling course and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, back of chowkhats etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cupboard shutter made of 1.00 mm thick MS sheet fabricated with edges bend to shape suitable of single rebate pressed steel frame of 1.25mm thick including pressed steel frame fixed with 3.15mm thick stainless steel hinges, standard rim locking arrangements, handles including all necessary fittings drillings hold hast/lugs with sufficient coat of paint finish as approved colour and othe necessary fittings/fixtures and locks etc for making fully functional as steel lockers/cupboards, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 2nd class hard wood as in 35 mm thick plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 35 mm thick second class hardwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc.sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix 30 mm thick factroy made solid panel PVC door shutter (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with neat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuct inside the solvent cement for style and single side pre laminated PVC sheet for top rails, lock rails and bottom rails on either side and as gap insert for top rails and bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded to the style and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site in clause 8B.2.1of MES Schedule Part-II (2020) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for MS work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding edges over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 over brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix 100mm stainless steel butt hinges medium weight fixed with stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood as in small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary' labours; articles n exc 200 cubic cm each complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix 125 mm long aluminium handle cast type anodised complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm long aluminium handle cast type anodised complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only old steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc) including cleaning or returning the old screw threads as required complete all as specified Note : Serviceable steel tube obtained from taking down shall be reused.

S&F GI tube 20 mm bore (ISI Marked) medium grade galvanished with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in panels and joints filled with bituminous mastic filling with 1 part of bitumen and 3 part of sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick ( spread thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 cm thick of 2 layer of 7.5cm thick each (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using granite trap or basalt stones, complete all as specified and directed. ( both layers compacted seperately )

Material and labour for preparation of Unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 10Kg/10Sqm using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, & applying evenly priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5Kg/10Sqm using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) mixed wih 4 % of paving bitumen ( VG-30) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 2.5Kg/10Sqm using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet 40 mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chip mixed with 29.20 kg of binder (using paving bitumen)(VG-30), rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying liquid seal coat , applying evenly binder @9.80 kg (VG-30) per 10sqm binding (using paving bitumen) with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 cum per 10 sqm and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for road marking thermoplastic paint ( Hot thermoplastic & cold solvent based road marking paint) not less than 1.5 mm thick , thermoplastic road materials conforming to IS specifications with brads on it complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint, akali , dirt & fungal resistant over a coat of primer incl preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.
