Boring for 500mm dia cast-in-situ bored piles to 52.50 M depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using betonite slurry incl removal of bored materials to places outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for RCC of grade M-40 design mix as per IS-456 (with using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in piles of any length/any section complete all as specified and as directed.

CRS/HCRM TMT bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for pile all as shown on drawings incl cutting/hooking end if necessary and welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and as showm on drawing

M&L for CRS/HCRM TMT bars in reinforcement 5 mm dia and over, bent to shape required, for pile helical bar and ring of piles including necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contracts complete all as specified and shown on drawing

M & L for RCC M-40 Design mix concrete using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pile cap and grade beam all as specified. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L CRS/HCRM TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in main re-inforcement conforming to IS-1786 as in pile cap, plinth beam including cutting, bending, welding, tying assembling, placing maintaining the reinforcement cages in position complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 12 above but 5 mm dia & over as in stirrups for pile cap and plinth beam necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contacts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in sub base for pile cap and plinth beam complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for form work to concrete pile cap & grade beams, rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 10 sqm on plan, in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split air conditioning unit 2 TR capacity Inverter type complete with cordless remote control, minimum 3 star labelled, eco friendly refrigerant gas, 4500 Kcal / Hr, 50 Hz, 240 volts, air cooled copper condenser with all accessories varied speed including fixing the out door unit with suitable stand as site requirement and fixing of room (high wall) unit on wall with necessary wall cutting/ making holes to pass the refrigerant pipes, drain pipes, cables etc and making good to match with existing finishing complete, providing and making interconnection, including suction and discharge copper pipes with refrigerant including with nitrile rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor as required at site, Power cabling from Isolator/ Enclosure to unit, first charging of refrigerant gas, drain piping of suitable size including connection drain lines from unit to nearest drain points complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electorde 60 cm x 60cm x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal gound level, connected to GI wire 4mm dia as earth lead upto length 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts and washeres of galvanised steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and indicated including testing on completion. Note : The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of complete earth work in any type of soil. External Electric Supply Cutting existing road/hard stand of any type by using crown bar chisel etc not exceeding 45cm wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed . (Pipe shall be measured seperately).

M&L for replacement of XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100V grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI tubing in trenches/fixed on walls /poles tubing of medium grade with all fittings of 50mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.
