BOQ ( Sch 'A') Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Surface Excavation in hard/dense soil, not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, or not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth for shafts, cespits, manholes, peir holes, post, etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hard core using broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for precast concrete of grade M-40 interlocking tiles 75-80mm thick, ISI marked coloured rubber pressed glossy finish of approved pattern & shade ISI marked as approved by GE, set jointed with & including sides are tappered with 75mm in width by PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone agg.) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Sand filling under floors/path/roads or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or PCC blocks or stone wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a dostance not exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by wait of cement, finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% remium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over with and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces and applying 2 mm thick layer of JK/ Birla putty on wall surfaces including cornices etc for proper levelling of plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed
