Job contract for operation and maintenance of E and M installations for ANS, SS, and GSS at Ops and Non Ops areas at Imphal International Airport during 2020 21 and 2021 22

Sub-Head:- I (Operation & Maintenance).

Periodical Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations for following areas involving repairs and maintenance, attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdown and taking rectification action for ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the system, performing preventive maintenance checks, maintenance of records/documentations etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions cover under this contract on all working days including Saturday, Sunday and all Gazetted Holidays. a) DVOR, GP, LLZ, TXR etc. (ANS) b) GLF (R/Way, T/Way, CAT-I, PAPI, SAPL,Wind Cone, Landing-T, ISO-BAY's Flood Light, AFL, AOL etc.), ATS Building (GSS). c) ASR-MSSR Site - Power Transformer, DG set, HT/LT panels, APFC panels etc. (ANS) d) Perimeter Lights, CISF Barracks/ Offices/ Outpost/ Morchas, KOTE/ QUATER Guards, UNIT'S Secutrity/ Street Lights, power cable, UG cables etc. (SS). 1st Year.

Sub-Head:- 2 (Painting, Rewinding, Testing etc.)

Painting of poles with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (Two or more coats on old work).

Painting with smoke gray / Yellow approved quality enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (Two or more coats on old work).

Rewinding of Ceiling fan mounted /Pedestal fan motor in accordance with original design I/c replacement the bush/shaft/bearing and housing etc., as required.

Testing of dielectric strength of oil of 2 nos. 250 kVA oil type 11kV/433V transformer of 340 Ltr oil capacity, oil filtration, heating and dehumidifying of oil to achieve recommended BDV, top up of transformer oil to maintain required oil level and submitting the test report.

Supply and top up of transformer oil to maintain required oil level at transformers.

250 kVA oil type 11kV/433V transformer maintenance i/c IR checking of LV/HV windings inbetween and w.r.t. earth, Winding resistance measurement, maintenace of Buchholtz device, cleaning and painting of transformer body, tightness of terminals, simulation of Buchholtz alarm & trip, winding temperature alarm & trip, Oil temperature alarm trip etc. as applicable and as directed by E-I-C and submision of report. 1st Year

250 kVA oil type 11kV/433V transformer maintenance i/c IR checking of LV/HV windings inbetween and w.r.t. earth, Winding resistance measurement, maintenace of Buchholtz device, cleaning and painting of transformer body, tightness of terminals, simulation of Buchholtz alarm & trip, winding temperature alarm & trip, Oil temperature alarm trip etc. as applicable and as directed by E-I-C and submision of report. 2nd Year

Sub-Head:- 3 (Supply of materials)

Supply of UL listed intelligent addressable type Photo Elecrtic Smoke Detector with mounting based LED with Electronic Addressing Feature to programme the detectors. Complete as required to be installed under/above false ceiling, roof and concealed space etc. interconnecting to loop cable complete as required.(UL 9th Edition Approved and NFPA).(Make: Morley IAS; Model: MI-PSE-S2-IV or equivalent)

Supply of single phase Digital Panel Meter with LED display, Dimension: 96mm X 48mm. (Make MECO model no. SMPS35ST or equivalent)

Sub-Head:- 4 (DSR works)

Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2016 (Internal and External) as and when required as per the direction of E-I-C at different locations at Imphal Airport complete as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs. 2,00,000/- and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly. For example: If the quoted rate for this item is Rs. 0.90, then for executing DSR-2016 (Electrical) schedule work of value Rs. 2,00,000/-, the quoted amount will be Rs. 1,80,000/-. And if quoted rate for this item is Rs. 1.25, then quoted amount for the same will be Rs. 2,50,000/-.
