Repair to GI Fitting sheds in store premises of PHE M QCPD Division Jammu

Repair / strengthening of GI Fitting Storage sheds of PHE (M) QCPD Division Jammu by way of replacing damaged CGI sheets 40 nos. Job includes removing of damaged CGI sheets by way of cutting U/J bolts & nuts. Providing & fitting of new CGI sheets of same size i.e. 3’ X 12 ‘ x 22 / 24 swg (approx) in place of damaged sheets with all fastening U/J bolts & nuts at appropriate space with overlapping & proper sealing with sealing compound as required to prevent water leakage inside the store. Job also includes repair of small GI Fitting shed (for keeping GM Gate valves & other GI / PVC fitting) by removing ceiling made of bricks of one room and replacing it by providing & fitting of 06 no CGI sheets of 3’ X 12 ‘ x 22 / 24 swg (approx) with bolts ,nuts at centre and winding /securing of CGI sheets with bricks & cement all around the wall. Also repairing/ sealing of cracks developed in walls with cement plaster to prevent entering of water & snakes in side shed. Repairing/replacing of door with new one of one window. GI pipes of reqd. dia will be issued from procurement if needed. Job also includes restrengthing of weak / cracked welding joints of support structure where CGI sheets replaced and of GI fitting storage racks by way of welding. Job also needs repairing of GI shed shutter & greasing / lubrication of its moving parts / guide channels for smooth functioning. All job to be done by skilled labour having experience of such sheds. Job includes cost of material, labor charges and transportation charges. Complete job
