Galvanising of cable tray fabricated at 110 kV Substation, Munduparamba by hot dip galvanizing method 'as per IS 4759/1979, IS 2633/86, IS 2629/85 and its latest amendments, if any, including cost of materials used for galvanising, including all incidental charges required for proper completion of the work such as labour charges for loading and unloading at 110 kV Substation, Munduparamba/ contractor's plant, transporting charges (to and fro) from 110 kV Substation, Munduparamba to Galvanization Plant and return after process and stacking for counting etc complete.

Supplying and laying 75mm PVC pipes in line and levels as per the direction of departmental officers at site

Lifting, loading and proper placing of precast RCC slabs of various sizes by manual conveyance from casting yard to the trenches wherever necessary, safely without causing any damages to cables and slabs, placing neatly by levelling, aligning, removing waste particles from trench etc complete including hire charges for necessary tools etc complete as per direction of departmental officers at site., upto 100m

Welding the nodal points (cross joints ) in the trenches at two sides to a thickness of 6mm after cleaning the surface neatly. Charges includes cost of low hydrogen DC electrodes (No. E7018), hire charges of DC welding set and tools and plants required, current charges, labour charges for holding MS rod / GI Earth pipe in position and applying two coats of anti corrosive paints at the welded joints etc. complete as per the directions of departmental officers.

Welding of overlapping joints for mat,riser lap joints with 32mm MS rod placed in trenches, having 150mm in length 6mm thick on both sides of the rod and both ends of overlapped MS rods with 6mm welding thickness after cleaning the surface neatly. Charges includes cost for low hydrogen content electrode (No.E7018), hire charges for DC arc welding set and tools and plants required, current charges including labour charges for holding MS rod in position and applying two coats of anticorrosive paints at the welded joints etc. complete as per directions of departmental officers at site

Laying of earth mat of required size as specified using 32 mm MS rod including levelling lowering and placing in trenches, complete as per the direction of departmental officers
