Supply and placing of the M 20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, centering, shuttering for finished item of work as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded. The rate including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire, labour charges for fabrication of grills, placing in position, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental Officer in charge of the work.

Filling Sand in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH . The rate including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniroage charges.

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixer. All work upto plinth level including cost of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12mm thick. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or plaster of paris putty or lime punning of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of workas per SS and as directed by the departtmental officer in charge of the work for Internal walls

Painting to New Walls with Two coats of Plastic Emulsion paint of Approved Brand and shade after throughly Brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered meterials cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges etc., As per S.S.911 and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work for internal walls

Manufacturing supply and fixing of M.S.Grill Gate with M.S.Angulars, M.S.Flats. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for fabrication of steel work including cost of welding rods , power charges and fixing the grills in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Providing Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats - For new Iron Work over a primary coat of Red oxide over all three coats. The rate cinluding cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.
