Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metre wide and not exc 1.50 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes, for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT cable and stay assembly etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing / trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in,in soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and disposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per them Sr,No 5.00 here in before but except bricks, all as specified and directed. Note : old bricks retrieved from item serial no 8 to 21 here in after shall be re-used after cleaning and washing.

Material and labour cement concrete(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate a in coping of pole and strut, stay around the pole including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe,floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete as directed by engineer-in-charges( Exacavation/earth work & sand cushioning, bricks and joint shall be measured & paid for separately).

Supply, Laying and connecting including testing in replacement underground XLPE cable PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 400 Sqmm single core, set of 04 line(2 runs ) laid in trenches, floors, ducts,passing through pipe for road crossing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:(Excavation, earthwork, bricks, protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

Supply and laying, conecting and testing in replacement of XPLE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 10 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches/ on pole / road crossing or passing through existing / new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall etc, Note:(i) earth work, sand cushioning , brick protection, aluminium thimbles /lugs shall be paid separately (ii)Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks,highways are incl in the quoted rates(iii) All equipments , machinery or tool if required for laying electricals cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost

Supply and fixing in replacement of stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230x230x6 mm, stsy rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed incl taking down old unsv complete and directed. Note : loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured and paid separately

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor incl cutting, welding complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5/4.0 x 10-50 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5 x 70-150 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5 x 185-300 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and in replacement fix indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5 x 400 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Notes for item Sr No. 31 to 39 (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc.(ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cable will be entered in panles through gland. Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing and Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 60x60x6mm thick buried directly in ground/earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level and top edge of earth electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected with GI earth strip of size 25x4mm by means of nut, bolts, washers etc to eqpt/machinery all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including PCC (1:3:6) pit, pit cover 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm tor steel bars @10cm C/C both ways, 40mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, funnel, wire mesh, also including earth work, common salt, charcoal dust complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

supply and fixing of Retro reflective sign board print both side of size 600 mm x 750 mm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 5mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 800mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with red colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fasners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & installation of desert coolers having nominal air flow capacity 4000 cum per hour of 600x600x825 mm made out of PGI sheet not less than 0.90 mm thick for fixed parts and not less than 0.70 mm thick for front grill as approved, the desert coolers having copper wounded fan motor 480 mm sweep, 1350-1400 RPM, 230 volts, 50 Hz with submersible water pump 18/20 watt for required flow of water including havin three speed regulator (high/medium/low) with and including provision of two coats of synthetic enamel anti corrosive oven dried paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel angle iron frame of any size and shape for provision of desert cooler stand incl necessary cutting,grinding & grouting in wall complete all on specified and directed

Point wiring including 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps, independent with FRLS copper cables size of 1.5 sqmm with and including PVC concealed conduit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano type single pole one way 5 Amp.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs 104518.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
