Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken etc; overall thickness and removing the dust debris etc to out side MOD land from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab/ floor padding/ roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges coping etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of any description and in any position of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item Ser No 4 above but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in CM (1:4) finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to parapet walls including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per manufacturer's instructions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement. Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surafces (iii) Second layer of 3.0 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement and having weight 3 Kg/ Sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid with blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. (iv) Finally applying two protective coats of bituminous aluminium based reflective paint to safeguard against UV, including preparing of surfaces of APP modified polymeric membrane (second coat apply after 24 hrs or as per manufacturing instructions).

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10 mm thick plaster/ screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer instructions) and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified . Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surfaces. (iii) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.0 mm having weight 2.50 Kg/Sqm complete laid with blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Top most layer that shall act as a protective layer shall be with 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg finished even & smooth without using extra cement laid to slopes as required at site & filling the joints with bitumen mastic ( Mix of bitumen & sand in the ratio 1:1) made @ 0.90 to 1.00m both ways (10mm wide 12 mm deep) made while the conc is still green complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only integral water proofing liquid ISI marked

Taking down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down 25mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fixing, Jointing and testing 15 mm bore galvanised mild steel water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, Jointing and testing 20 mm bore galvanised mild steel water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, Jointing and testing 25 mm bore galvanised mild steel water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 15mm bore steel water tubing any grade with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only 20mm bore steel water tubing any grade with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only 25mm bore steel water tubing any grade with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting of any description and in any position of existing PVC tank exc 500 Ltrs and not exc1000 Ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc; and hoisting if required reconnecting refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple-layer in white color hoisted and fixed in position including 25mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple-layer in white color hoisted and fixed in position including 25mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

Preparing of old surfaces of APP modified polymeric membrane roof, remove all corrosion products brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl washing , rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and M&L for applying two protective coats of bituminous aluminium based reflective paint to safeguard against UV, all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- second coat apply after 24 Hrs or as per manufacturing instructions).

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick Type C-0 using 12.5 mm thich fraded aggregate as in louvers & Jallies (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item 04032)

M&L for Providing precast, cement concrete in window or door, cills, lintels,bressumers, steps,quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings.kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide on new surfaces of steel or iron complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (framed/ unframed work) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors chowkats of MS angle iron or MS hollow square/ rectangular any type/ size with gusset plates, rails, braces,cooler stand, chajja framed complete drilled for fixing of door etc; to be prepared for hanging with and including hold fasts and locking arrangements confirming to FE- 290 (Gde-E- 165) complete all as specified and directed

S&F Roof trusses (Framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat or MS hollow square/ rectangular any type, size/ sections), including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to FE- 290 (Gde-E- 165), including fabrication, erraction and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of any description and in any position of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepainted, 0.50mm thick galvalume aluminium zinc AZ-150 coating, GI based corrugated steel (plain or curved) any coloured sheet having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering & on chajjas fixed with self tapping screws at alternate corrugation etc complete all as specified and as directed.
