(a) 15 mm thick (average) plaster in CM 1:3 on sunken floors and walls using WPC in as per manufacturer instruction. (b) Apply one coat bituminous primer @ 0.5 Kg / Sqm on walls and floor conforming to IS 3384-1965 on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (c) Apply hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kgs / Sqm confirming to IS 702 - 1988. (d) Laying APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.00 kg / sqm . (e) One spout of 40 mm GI pipe length 0.45 M shall be provided in each sunken floor. (f) Filling of sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 upto height 70cm with stone aggregate NOTES:- (i) The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed throughh expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer. (ii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured Ceramic jointless tiles,first quality( of approved class , colour and design/ shade ) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, ,as in floor surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with shade of coloured tiles over and including 15 mm thick Screed bed in Cement mortar 1: 6 Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrefied Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) of light shade, polished, area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm , fixed as in floor surface etc set and jointed in with & including neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with shade of coloured tiles over and including 15 mm Screed bed in Cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles ,first quality ( of approved class , colour and design/ shade ) of size 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick (cut to required size) in vertical surfaces, as in dado / skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with shade of coloured tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as a single piece in stair case trades, flooring 18 to 20 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing to mirror finish with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match with shade of tiles with and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) for laying of chequered tile complete all as specified and directed.
