Supply,Erection, testing and commissioning of 1250 kVA, 11kV/3300V, 3 phase 50 Hz ONAN Cooled Copper wound, Energy Efficiency Level-1 transformer with OLTC, RTCC & AVR having vector group of Dyn11, first fill of oil, Cable Box on HT side & Bus Duct on LT side, On load tapings of +5% to -15% in steps of 1.25% with extra fittings of BR, MOG, OTI, WTI & MB and standard fittings conforming to IS 1180. including all standard accessories as approved by KSEB and as per latest IS standard & technical specification

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CT, PT connected TOD Meter of approved brand and conforming to relevant IS and KSEB, Electrical Inspectorate regulations, IP 51with unbreakable transparent cover, provision for sealing, anti-tamper features, real time and calibrated quartz clock tested by KSEB.This scope also includes the testing of TOD Meter and obtaining test certificate from TMR. (*All Statutory fees shall be remitted by the Client / Consumer or it shall be reimbursed on the submission of supporting documents).

Supply,Erection, Testing and commissioning of HT Multipanel Indoor type having three 11KV feeders with suitable 11KV,630A VCBs with DC Trip ,protective relays(Oil surge protection relay,oil temperature,winding temperature high Alarm& Trip,Buchholz relay Alarm& Trip,50/51,50N/51N, Master Trip relay-86)Emergency OFF push button,CTs,PTs and,Digital Meters for KW,KVA,KVAr,KWH,PF,A,V,F,THD with RS485 port, and Analog Voltmeter (0-12KV) with Selector switch and 3 nos. of Ammeter of suitable rating for each VCBs panel etc as per Electrical inspectorate standard. (1 Incomer and 3 outgoing) with provision for metering

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 11 KV grade XLPE insulated armoured cables of the following size and laying in earth excavated trenches, clamping in built up trenches, trays using heavy duty Aluminium or GI Flat or by using heavy duty GI spacer saddles and on 11 KV pole structure using necessary heavy duty GI supports and clamps of which spacing of clamps not exceeding 50cm and pulling through pipes etc including all minor civil works. 3C x 300 Sq.mm

Preparation of TRENCH for cable laying in 1.0m deep x 500mm wide; 450L X 175W RCC tiles inclusive of excavation work.

Fabrication, conveyance, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of self-supported, free standing powder coated cubicle type, 415V, 36 kA Switch Board of CRCA No.14/16 gauge sheet steel construction with cable entry facility at top/bottom. Cable alley, switchgear compartment, meter chamber, bus bar chamber etc. shall be fully segregated & compartmentalized with PLC Control unit.All incomers and outgoings shall be labelled.
