Supply & laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of the following sizes in ground including excavation of trench of size 35 x 75 cm, refilling the trench etc. as required but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering (in ordinary soil).3 core 10 sq mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.3 X 10 sq.mm(22mm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 :3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

Supply of j type foundation bolts

Fabrication,supply and Installation of street light pole of 8 meter height using B class GI pipe of 100mm,80mm and 65mm dimensions as per the drawings issued from the engineer in charge having inbuilt cable connection provision , with<br>necessary base plate, painting with metal primer and enamel paint ,<br>fixing the structure<br>after necessary excavation( pit of 40cmx40 cmx60cm) with cement concrete (<br>excluding the rate of CC)<br>

Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer)

Supply and fixing 2 way connector

Supply of 25 mm dia sizes of B class GI pipe bent to shape / cut and welded to shape<br>( total length 100 cm.) with 25x 6 mm size GI clamps with suitable size SS nut and<br>bolt, painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate<br>primer).

Supply and drawing the following sizes of multi-core PVC insulated & FRLS PVC sheathed 650/1100 Vgrade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessary connections of the following sizes.3 core 1.50 sq mm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.3 x 6 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.40 amps

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCPB), havingRa sensitiviIty curreCnt 30 mA inEthe existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.40 amps

Supply and providing timer unit with contactor and relay

Supply and fixing HRC fuse base of 20/32A using suitable nut and bolt, 32A 2-way neutral links mounted on DMC/SMC base with 32A, 230 V, DIN type fuse base.

Fabrication, supply &amp; installation of dust and vermin proof, wall mounting,<br>Sintex make meter box of 600x600x 214 mm size suitable for fixing KSEB<br>meter,fuse units, CT etc, hinged door construction for the front side with<br>compartments if necessary, providing vision panel for the meter compartment, knock<br>out for cable entry and exit.

Supply ,fabrication and installation of angle iron work for supporting electrical installations / cable trays etc.,and <br>applying two coats of primer and enamel paint

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, andproviding masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following sizes along with wiring/ cables and giving connection as required3.15 mm copper conductor ( 10 SWG)

Supply and laying of the following sizes of B class GI pipe laid 0.6 m below ground level including excavating trench of suitable size and refilling etc, as required.32 mm dia G.I pipe ( medium class)

Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the following size of earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.3.15 mm (10 SWG)

Preparation of all drawing submitting and approvel from KSEB, obtaining power<br>allocation, submitting of completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting<br>sanction and energisation certificates from KSEB and obtaining power connection<br>etc: for commissioning of the whole installation( Actual amount<br>paid on production of receipt).

Fabrication ,Supply and fixing Name Board of MLA, with necessary fittings in the existing Poles.

Removing the ground tiles paved in ground, for excavating cable trench, storing at a convenient place within 15metre distance as advised and relaying the tiles after cable laying and making good the damages including leveling, pointing etc, as required
