M & L for de-scaling the shells and tube condenser by circulating the diluted hydrochloric acid at the appropriate ratio depend upon the scale deposits till removal of all the scale inside the copper tubes and removal of the both end covers, brushing with nylon brush, removal of all scale and degreasing with caustic soda, flushing out thoroughly, re-fixing the end covers with new gasket packing, nut and bolts and connecting the inlet and out let water connection checking of water leaks, all specified and directed.

M&L for servicing the Air handling units 35324 CFM capacity (central AC), with and including dismantling units, sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent Vaniklin at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filters, greasing of blower motor, replacement of un serviceable bearings, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the unit all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.2 herein before but Air handling units 34400 CFM capacity

M&L for complete leak testing the compressor , complete refrigerant pipe with Nitrogen gas, locating the leaks, rectify the leak by brazing/ welding and pressure testing the complete system for 100 to 140 TR capacity of air cooled package AC system all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:

M&L for dismantling defective induction motor of any make 415 V of any duty or any class of insulation from the bed duly coupled with pump, transporting to work shop, removing burnt out winding from stator, rotor and rewinding with suitable gauge super enameled copper wire of approved make and replacing driven end and non driven end bearings, insulation materials, varnishing, heating reassembling, testing and commissioning for the following capacities. Notes :- Motor removed for rewinding shall be overhauled completely and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for the same.

M&L for replacing the chocked drier core assembly inclduing removing the defective ,cleaning the core washing with CTC/dettol and fixing new core of activated aluminatype corefixing the new gasket testing leak and testing for screw type chiller plant upto 140TR

M&L for taking down central control unit 3x16 HP capacity of VRF AC unit including dismantling the units carefully, chemical cleaning of cooling coils and refrigerant pipe lines with appropriate cleaning agents, flushing through for proper air flow across the coils to improve the cooling efficiency, reassembling & re-installing the units in their original position complete all as directed.
