Item Description/ Heading : 1. Work of conversion of 3.3KV overhead line of CHP Feeder to 33KV from Churcha West Substation to D1 Belt Discharge Point for installation of 33KV/3.3KV transformer to resolve voltage drop problem for the belt line in transporting coal from Pit Bunker to CHP under Churcha Mine (RO) of Baikunthpur Area. 2. Providing & Fixing of 3.3KV, 600Amp gang operated Air Breaker Switch at different location of Churcha Mine (RO).

1. Work of conversion of 3.3KV overhead line of CHP Feeder to 33KV from Churcha West Substation to D1 Belt Discharge Point for installation of 33KV/3.3KV transformer to resolve voltage drop problem for the belt line in transporting coal from Pit Bunker to CHP under Churcha Mine (RO) of Baikunthpur Area. - (i) Erection of Steel Pole upto 13 m in C.C. : Erection of Steel Pole of length exceeding 10 meters but not exceeding 13 meters in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggrregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. (6 Poles for conductor erection and 4 pole for back support to the existing line to dismante the stay sets)

(ii) Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11/ 33 KV OH line complete with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 meter long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, Thimble, Stay clamp, bow tightner, 7/4.00 mm dia GI stay wire and 33 KV strain Insulator etc in cement concrete (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone agrregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

(iii) Erection of Pole Top/ V shape two wire angle Iron/ Channel cross arm in steel tubular/ Rail/ PCC Pole for 11 KV/ 33 KV as required

(iv) Erection of double pole three wire cross arm with bracing support for 11/ 33 KV OH line as required (2 DPs converting to TP & 1 New TP)

(v) Clamps, Nut & Bolts

(vi) Erection of a set of crossing bracing frame work for 11/ 33 KV overhead line double pole structure

(vii) Supplying and erection of 33 KV Pin Insulator complete with large steel head GI Pin, Nuts, Washers etc. as required

(viii) Supplying and erection of 11 KV Disc Insulator for 11/33 KV overhead lines with galvanised Insulator fitting, ball & socket type and complete with galvalised strain clamps, bolts, nuts washers etc as required

(ix) Erection of AA conductor of 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm dia 290 Kg/Km (13 Span X 180 m X 290 Kg/ Km)

(x) Supplying and erection of single piece non liner resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating 10 KA (Station class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangements, GI Bolts, nuts, washers etc as required

(xi) Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate havoing locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 m long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

(xii) Providing and fixing of 33 KV Grade 600 Amps Isolator without earth switch with erection of strcuture by providing clamps, nut-bolts etc. (required accessories) for the isolator on Triple pole

(xiii) Drilling holes on the top of poles with gas cutting for replacing 11 KV Pin Insulator to 33 KV Pin Insulators

(xiv) Dismantalling of Iron Sytructure, Insulator, Conductor etc.

2. Providing & Fixing of 3.3KV,600Amp gang operated Air Breaker Switch at different location of Churcha Mine (RO). - (i) 3.3 KV 600 Amps (11 KV 600 Amps) Gang Operated Air Breaker Switch
