Manning and operation of DG Sets 160 kVA - 02Nos, HT 11 KV VCB ,Transformer (160 KVA) & Connected LT/Feeder pillar box Panels at NCN building Rambilli premises by one Skilled Electrician including minor repair work to be carried out in DG sets,VCB and Transformer by technician for a shift of eight hourst ( DG Sets to be operated during the uninterrupted power supply as per standard norms) Note:- No of Person required - 01 person (01 Skilled Electrician ) in each shift of eight hours. 3 shift per day Ist shift (0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs) = 01 Electrician (Skilled category) IInd shift (1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs) = 01 Electrician (Skilled category) IIIrd shift (2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs) = 01 Electrician (Skilled category) Note :It is mandatory that provision of statutory laws relating to Minimum Wages, EPF, bonus, ESIC and taxes as applicable shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor and his quoted rate shall have deemed to include these factors. If any bidders quoted their rate below minimum wages with EPF,ESIC, and bonus with applicable GST. Such bid shall be treated as willfull negligence by the bidder and shall be considered non-bonafide and rejected during Financial evaluation.

Note for Sl No.1 :- The rate shall be quoted above deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) Visual Cheking (a) All equipments/items to be visually checked by the operator and serviceability report to be filled in log sheet. Any fault or unserviceable of equipments to be informed to Engineer- in -charege/ JE E/M. (ii) Monitoring of Equipments (a) Daily log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor & the log sheet shall be provided by the contractor as per Performa given by the department be inspected thoroughly before switching on. (b) Maintaining duty log sheet and checking all parameter of metering devices. (c) Checking of various meters for measurement of current, voltage etc, including recording of these readings in log sheet and also recording of any unwanted signal of spark, sound in switchgears/eqpts etc. (d) Switchgear and equipments shall be properly cleaned. (e) Dress shall be provided for every shift operator (dress colour to be approve prior approval of Engr-in-Charge. (f) One mobile phone with sim to be provided at site for commnication and fault rectification. (g) Minor complaints to be attend by the techanician given by the concerned Contractor. (h) Conveyance facility to be provided by the contractor in station premises for attending the faults/complaints. (iii) Sch-'B' items (j) The HSD(Diesel) oil required for the DG sets of various capacities at AOB Rambilli will be provided by Dept under Sch'B' item and contractor shall collect the same from MT stores at DGNP/HQ ENC(V), Visakhapatnam premises with necessary transportation and the transportation cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply only toping of water coolents for radiator assembly.
