Site clearence such as cleaning of shrubs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed & wild growth etc extending upto height of 1.5M including removal complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers in soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exceeding 1.5Km and not exceeding 5Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Grubbing up tree trunk exceeding in girth 30cm and not exceeding 100cm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out root, filling holes and levelling off ground stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Grubbing up tree trunk exceeding in girth 100cm and not exceeding 200cm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out root, filling holes and levelling off ground stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Grubbing up tree trunk exceeding in girth 200cm and not exceeding 300cm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out root, filling holes and levelling off ground stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Moorum/Red bajri filling in floors/pavings laid in layers not exc 15cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring for cast-in-situ bored piles of 450mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

Carrying out initial load test on 450mm dia test piles as per standard procedure laid down in IS-2911 including compressive strength including construction of test cap, dismantling the cap after the test and clearing the site and maintaining complete records of load settlements etc. as specified and directed by GE and submission of reports for 2.5 times the design load specified in drawings in non-working areas in the vicinity complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 450mm dia pile (Routine Load test[working pile]) all as per standard procedure given in IS-2911(Part IV)-1985 including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in below pile caps/plinth beam foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC M30 design mix(RMC)[as per IS-456] using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cast in situ pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for RCC M30 design mix(RMC)[as per IS-456] using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pile cap, grade beam/tie beam complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) 10mm dia and over for pile , pile caps, plinth beams and columns including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 24 herein before but 6mm to 8mm dia all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Fe 410W(Gde E 250)quality A mild steel for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates , rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging door fittings and also fasterning and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standared rails straining bolts,including,securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins,etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.[Note:- Each line wire to be measured]

Supply and fix Concertina coil of 610 mm diameter made out of 2.6mm dia spring steel wire 230gm/m2 (Min) dipped with corosion prevantive fluid (rusilo 901) including white colour each coil having a minimum 50 turns (circles) and an average weight of not less than 8.57 Kg including handle and spike at both end of coil erected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with GI clip for securing including necessory welding to the MS Section and as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Rendering 5mm thick in Cement mortar 1:3 over exposed concrete surfaces finished fair and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of newly concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of antifungal paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC(SWR)pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes)each not exc 0.5Cum getting out in soft/loose soil including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing soil to a distance not exc 50M and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix Hot dip galvanised Octagonal poles of height 7M for fixing Solar PV panels and LED light fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The pole shall be fixed to RCC bracket with 4Nos 16 mm dia bolt as shown on drawing . The number and dia of bolt may vary based on makes of the pole used. Design shall be got approved by GE before erection of poles. No price adjustment will be made on account of this.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate including necessary form work as in coping complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate as in foundations complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Solar LED light fitting including lamp complete 30W including MPPT SCC, Mono crystalline SPV panel of min 70Wp battery of 12.8V, 36Ah for 2 days backup with and including all fixing acessories such as brackets, clamps, nuts and bolts, control wiring complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
