Providing and fixing 8mm thick partical board ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nail (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately. Particle board (bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade)complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of octroi, Toll tax ,GST,Sales Tax or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning, oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/ Asian paints) or its equivalent) complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll Tax , GST ,Sales Tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Narolac/Asian paints) and of approved shade to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST,Sales Tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting one coat(excluding priming coat)on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to given and even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping With white enemal paint complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST ,Sales Tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, composed of beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats and connecting plates or angle cleats etc. as in trusses and trussed purlins, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like in building including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Toll Tax , GST,Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government:- In gratings, framed guard bars, ladders, railing brackets and the like ceiling frames etc.

Providing and fixing pre painted steel sheet in roofing over all steel trusses providing and fixing with hot applied metallic zinc coated of TATA/Sail/Reliance/Jindal/Steel pre painted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetres) thickness having 1060 mm (one thousand sixty millimetres) cover width, overall width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six millimetres), 28mm (twenty eight millimetres) crest depth at 353+2mm (three hundred fifty three plus two millimetres) centre to centre crest distance, having two ribs at the centre for stiffening having crest depth of 2.5mm (two point five millimetres). The main crest width at top of 25mm (twenty five millimetres) and at lower 81mm (eighty one millimetres) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating. Top coating with regular modified polyester (RMP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating of polyester to back coat of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetres) diameters with prepainted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required with EDPM seal complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, up to all floor level, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, and other incidental. The rate including Octroi, Toll Tax ,GST ,Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

White washing with chalk wahiting on decorated cloth or Hassian ceiling(one coat) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar drops and losse scales of chalk wash and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Sales tax, Toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government
