REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINE INCLUDING CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANKS AND SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES DRAIN HARDSTANDING PLINTH PROTECTION PATH BOUNDARY WALL FENCING ETC AND REMOVAL OF VEGETATION FROM BLDG IN F AND H AREA AT NAVAL BASE AND DAD COMPLEX AT THEVERA UNDER

Opening/Lifting of man hole cover and taking out waste soil, sludge, other sediments, solid waste, and liquid waste from manhole, up to depth of manhole 1.5m in any condition and refix the man hole cover on completion of work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note:- (a) The night soil, other sediments and liquid waste in any condition removed from manholes shall be taken away from respective vicinities and Premises on closed containers/conveyance and disposed off out of defence land (b) Disposal of the same shall be the responsibility of the contractor without any extra expenditure to the government. Disposal of waste shall be made in accordance with the regulations of the municipal authorities concerned.

All as per Item No 1 above but for manhole of depth exc 1.50m not exc 3.00m and any width complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning by roding or with bamboo and taking out waste soil , silt, sludge and other foregin materials from sewage lines/effluent drains below /above GL of 100 dia of pipe ,removed all waste in sealed container as mentioned in item No 1 above including taking precautionary and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 3 above but cleaning of sewage lines/effluent drains 150 mm dia below/above GL complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the choked WC/bathroom/kitchen traps/drain pipes etc up to Ist manholes including cleaning of gully traps in single storied and including multistoried bldgs complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of PVC/CI rain pipe/soil waste pipe of any dia by rodding or with bamboo split including taking down inspection eye door cover and refixing inspection eye cover in existing position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Pumping out sewage water from the man holes / septic tank / soakage well at different locations by means of sewage tanker fitted with pump (5000 ltr capacity) and disposing off out of MD land as directed by Engr-in-charge . Note:-(For ser item No.1 to 8 above) (i) Contractor's supervisor has to collect complaint slip from AGE B/R-I office on all working days. The complaints has to be attended and submit the slip duly signed by the user on the same dayby 1700 hrs to the Office. (ii) If the contractor fail to attend the complaint, recovery @ Rs. 500 per day per complaint shall be effected from the amount due to the contractor. (iii) If there is any major blockage in sewage line/Septic tank or any emergency situation immediate service has to be provided by the Contractor even in holidays without any extra cost.

M&L for On site 20 users Hume Pipe septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, including excavation in any type of soil, 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 below foundation bed, vent shaft, connection etc of inlet and outlet, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F EURO GUARD PRO SQUARE UPVC RAINWATER GUTTER (220 MM), with all necessary fittings, clamp, joints, end cap, corner drop, centre drop, etc joining compounds, nut, bolts or screws etc and fixing in position, at any height including taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls (jointing to be done with solvent cement) including taking down pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 17 above but using extra cement as in manholes, etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water any description, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B 2 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate ) as in pavement,sub base and flooring etc.finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in repair top surface of pavement and flooring etc. and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type including mild steel deformed bars in any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling post or sturt (wood, steel or RCC any section) including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)
