SPECIAL REPAIR TO CERTAIN INTERNAL ROAD IN INF LINE AND BG LINE AND ROAD FROM YODHA CHOWK TO FIRING RANGE AND OFFICERS COMPLEX IN FRONT OF BLDG NO P-371, P-42 AND P-178 (APPROX 780 MTR) AT INF LINE JAMNAGAR MIL STN

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous VG-30 grade @ 10 kg per 10 sqm all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc. 400 sq.m. and depth exceeding 50 mm and n exc 100mm stacking complete as directed.

Laying and compacting 75 mm thhick (compacted thickness) wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 manufactures in WMM plant material comprising of clean,crushed , graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed .The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013.

Material and Labour for preparing unsurfaced WBM/WMM by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous VG-30 grade @ 7.50 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour premix bituminious,macadam laid/rolled and compacated to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50 mm or less) to reqd gradient using paving bitumen any penetration of binder content of 4 % (VG-30) by Weight of total mix all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous VG-30 grade @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm.

Material and Labour bituminous premix semi dense Asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % (bitumen VG-30) binder content weight of total mix using paving bitumen laid with mechanical paver and any penetration rolled & consolidated to required camber & gradient complete.

Demolition of stone boulders/PCC blocks, built in cement mortar including all quoins , arches , pillars complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm ) , including making drainage opening wherever required complete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye white/yellow colour of ABS plastic metal with two Nos of red reflectors including fixing with approved adhesive/fastener on road as in repairs including taking down of existing one complete all as specified and directed.
