M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortat (1:3) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and fair as in sunken floor and wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separetely.

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing coating by using Super Latex manufacured by pidilite industries Ltd or equivalent product manufactured by Sika/ Fosroc/ Choksey mixed in chemical water and cement ratio as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on walls of sunken complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for cement concrete type E-2 1:5:10 (using 40 MM graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass filling in sunken floor of toilets and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting / drilling hole in brick wall / RCC beam or slab exc 300mm deep of WC/bath by mechanical mean and fixing with and including 40mm GI pipe as spouts pipe of require length at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Broken stone Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring laid in panels finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base for path / flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling (25mm thick sand screed bed) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filling in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed. Note : The concrete shall be laid at a stretch n.exc 3.0 m in length and every turning/ corners.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in leveling course of flooring & roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding exceeding 0.11 sqm but no exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade colour vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 59 but in skerting including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free (edge cut) coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished of size 350x250x7 mm / 450x350x7mm as in skirting / dado etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work (i.e. purlin wind tie and similar works etc) or of any description not other wise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work as trusses (framed), trussesed, purlin, rails and other fastening and heavy brackets framing (beam, Tee, angle, channel or fast section) including distance pieces etc Fe-410-w complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Naintal or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, velley gutter fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh / chain link fencing, any type all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing 50mm x 50mm x 4mm thick mesh secured with MS flats, straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete as specified and directed. Note : Staining bolts, nuts and washers as supply only, flat iron and 10mm dia round bars shall be, measured and paid separately.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walkways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire barbed with 2.24 mm dia bars at 75 mm specing and straining & fitting to any type of standard rails straning bolts, including securing or tving at crossing with the provision of galvanized MS wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of steel barbed wire to be measured.

S&F of mild steel galvanised punched type concertina coil of loop dia 1050 mm dia (dia of coil with unstretched) and fixed to angle iron with and including of 3.15 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: One coil weighing approxmately 12 to 13 Kg shall not be stretched more than 8 RM span.

Fixing in repairs Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed
