CONSTRUCTION OF RAMCHANDIGHAT IN STREAM STORAGE CHECK DAM (LOW HEIGHT CHECK DAM ) OVER LOCAL NALLA, NEAR VILLAGE PAIKMAL IN PAIKMAL BLOCK OF BARGARH DISTRICT UNDER MATY-3 SCHEME FOR THE YEAR 2026-27

Earth work in foundation in hard soil or gravel soil in embankment, roads etc.within 50m initial lead and one extra lift over 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and beaking clods to mamimum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in stoney earth and gravels mixed with stone and boulder not exceeding 0.014 cum in volume within 50 m initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per specification approved by the department.

Fixing 25mm dia anchor bars in foundation rock including drillind 35mm dia holes.Fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar 1: 4 complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge inccluding cost of M.S.rods for dams,barrages and power house structure including pull testing of 30% of anchors.( Depth of holes only to be measured for payment purpose)

Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. M20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages,power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding, and tying of HYSD steel rod of approved specification laying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost,conveyance and other taxes complete in all respect including all leads and lifts from bending yard to placement spot with supplying of labour and T&P required binding wire 18 to 20 gauge for the work etc complete as per drawing and technical specification.(Weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment purpose.)

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C works in foundation of all heights with wooden & steel shuttering plates including supply of ties supports rigidly fixed and removal including making good to the damaged surface where necessary with all scaffolding gangway etc. with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials including all labour and T&P materials required for the item complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing force and Technical. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth well watered and rammed with all leads and lifts including arrangements for carriage of water and with cost, conveyance of all materials labour required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the E.I.C.

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments to all heights with hard stone 30 Cm and above size including spalls for filling and wedging with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials required for the work and finished to proper slope and level complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
