Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters leadWith cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)Cement shall be supplied by the company

Wall scrapping and Surface Smoothing work

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Steel/Wood scrapping and Surface smoothing work

Removing enamel paint/wood polish/varnish and the like from steel/wood work by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches,on furniture,wood work etc. complete.

Finishing walls with acrylic/plastic exterior emulsion [Berger - Weather coat smooth, Asian paints- Apex ultima] including priming (Two or more coats)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with acrylic/plastic exterior emulsion-One coat [Berger- Weather coat smooth, Asian Paints- Apex ultima]

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.One coat

Synthetic Enamel for steel/wood work [Berger/ Asian/ Indigo]

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

Primer for Enamel steel work[Berger/ Asian]

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron /steel works

Primer for Enamel wood work[Berger/ Asian]

Applying priming coat:With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting Epoxy paint over Steel surfaces including epoxy primer[Asian paints/Berger/ESDEE/MRF/ or any other equivalent manufacture]

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

Painting Epoxy paint over concrete surfaces including epoxy primer[BASF/FOSROC/CERA/BOSTIK/Asian paints/SIKA/Berger/MAPEI or any other equivalent manufacture]

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On concrete work

Varnishing on wood work[Berger, Asian paints]

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture:One or more coats with copal varnish

Melamine polishing on wood work[Berger/Asian paints]]

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat).

Applying priming coats (2 coats) on walls[Asian paints/Berger]

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC ( Volatile Organic Compound) content.With water thinnable cement primer on walls surface having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre
