SCHEDULE "A" PART-I Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but applying one coat of cement base paint on walls of external surfaces.

Preparation of old painted concrete , brick, stone or plastered surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified.

Demolition of stones or brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete,all as specified.

Brick work with fly ash old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surface complete, all as specified and as directed.
