Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, jumper blasting work, blasting work (soft and hard rock) conglomerate rock including/ chiseling wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited), saturated soil and their intermediate classification of soil including ramming and de-watering where required as per the geometrics, grades and levels shown on the drawings, including clearing of jungles uprooting of trees, vegetation, grass wood trees and sapling of all girth upto any heights/depths and removal of rubbish up to any distance outside the periphery of the area including stacking the useful material along the road side and disposal of all unserviceable materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts. The recovery of 151.90 cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- per cubic metre amounting to Rs. 45,570 /- only, shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to public or private property during the course of execution shall be the responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases to the extent of the damages occurred as directed or as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing watering /dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within any leads including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Excavation in drain and channels etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing watering /dewatering including dressing of sides and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto any lead and lifts disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty millimetre into thirty millimetre into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all floor level and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals in:-

Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. upto any thickness.

Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in any depth in all height from floor.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landings.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls in any width.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying upto floor all level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement in mouldings as in cornices windows sills etc. not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimetre) in girth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (twenty five) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer -In - Charge prior to the casting-1 theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per code including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals in:-

Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals

Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20 (twenty ) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer -In - Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S code in string courses coping bed plates anchor blocks plain windows sills and the like upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals in:-

Sloping surface such as wall any thickness including attached pilasters, buttress, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto all floor level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position cost of binding wire complete upto floor all level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying damp proof courses 38mm (thirty eight millimetre) thick with cement concrete 1 : 2: 4 (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) and curing complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) (using 1.70 Kg. per square metre) on damp proof courses after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement : five sand) First class bricks including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Random rubble masonry (un-coursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 ( one cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level including racking out joints in cement mortar 1: 6 (one cement : six sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8. Granular material including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutments wing wall, return wall with 100mm PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of I (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1203.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Precast concrete block masonry in partition wall 10cm (ten centimetre) thick with solid blocks of approved size including quoin blocks, jamb blocks, closer etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) and down gauge in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) in all floors including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Stone filling behind retaining walls as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 19 mm (nineteen millimeter) thick water proof termite resistant commercial MDF board box including shelves and shutters, the back side cupboard / cabinet shall be 8 mm (eight millimeter) thick ply and all the cut portions of shelves shall be finished with 6 mm (six millimeter) thick hard board edging. The cut portion of shutters from all sides shall also be finished with 12 mm (twelve millimeter) thick hard wood edging. The shutter from outside shall be finished with 1 mm (one millimeter) thick lamination of approved shade including piano hinges and magnetic catcher with in all accessories etc. complete as per detailed drawing specification as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position 1st class deodar wood including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 40mm (Forty millimetre) thick First class deodar wood shutters, panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows and including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 40mm (Forty millimetre) thick 1st class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56 mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors, windows ,clerestory windows including bright finished/black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing brass curtain rail with rollar stop ends and brackets in pelmats mished of wooden curtan rod 25 mm dia and brackets of 1st class devdar wood.(actual lanth)of rails to be measured including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum sliding door bolts anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc complete 300x16mm (three hundred into sixteen millimetre) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 (four) hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm (zero point two four two kilogram per square metre) mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm (zero point one two six kilogram per square metre). This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 (four) hours followed with water curing for 48 (forty eight) hours the rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in:-

Beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
