Wet Servicing of split type hot and cold Air conditioners (Diakin Make) of various capacities installed at Govt. Medical College, Baramulla by using skilled labourers and technicians. The job includes dismantling of indoor unit filters and cleaning it thereof and removing of dust and dirt from the outdoor unit by way of spraying suitable chemical agent then checking all parameters of working and setting them right as per requirement. The job further includes assembling and reinstalling back all the items removed from the unit and then testing the performance of the AC unit on load. All tools and tackles required at site shall be arranged by the firm.
Repairs to 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity split type hot and cold ACs (Diakin Make) by way of Replacement of damaged compressor, PCB Card, wet Servicing and topping of refrigerant gas. . The job includes dismantling of old damaged compressor by way of disconnecting copper tubes and electric connections and then replacement of the same with new compressor. The job further includes brazing of the copper tubes back and checking of leakages and then filling the same with R-22/410 refrigrant and assembling back the parts, installing the outdoor unit back and then testing the performance of the AC units on load.
Servicing of 8 HP (04 No)/ 12 HP (02 No)/16 HP(01 No)/18 HP (06 No) outdoor units of VRV (Diakin Make before the onset of winter by way of checking of leakages, wet servicing and topping of refrigerant gas. The job includes cleaning and servicing of AHUs and indoor units
Maintenance contract of AC's (Diakin Make) with effect from 1st Oct 2022 to 31st March 2023 which shall include periodic servicing, weekly maintenance, topping of gas and replacement of items viz compressor, bearing, card, etc. and any other item which is not mentioned but is required to make the unit operational and attending to the breakdown.
Maintenance contract of VRV's (Diakin Make) with effect from 1st Oct 2022 to 31st March 2023 which shall include periodic servicing, weekly maintenance and repairs of items viz compressor, bearing, card, etc. and any other item which is not mentioned but is required to make the unit operational and attending to the breakdown.
Engagement of skilled manpower (2 in No.) for the operation of VRV system and ACs with effect from 1st Oct 2022 to 31st March 2023 as per labour law
