Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curve on plan exc 6 m Mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curve on plan any radius in half Brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channel/drain complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregate, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto

M&L providing 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using (40mm graded aggregates) as in floor finished rough without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to side and soffit of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings,girders, bressummers,lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports,overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

M&L RCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregates) in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.

S and F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors

S and F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors

S and F PVC (SWR) bends 75mm dia any radius

S and F PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm dia any radius

S & F Cast iron floor trap 75mm dia , with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4)

S & F Cast iron floor trap 100mm dia , with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4)

Preparation new plastered surfaces of wall and and apply two coat of white wash all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Preparation old surfaces of wall and apply one coat of white wash all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge
