M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of RCC/stone/concrete/brick walls of any description including preparation of scraped surface by removing all depression by affixing 3 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern (sigma MK-III pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and icluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new prepared surface complete all as specified including necessary scaffolding arrangement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceilling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick walling in CM(1:4) ,finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified including necessary scaffolding arrangement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as on chajja, facia and the like, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified including necessary scaffolding arrangement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing paint for preparing of new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washinc and cleaning, from steel surfaces of CGI or PGI sheets of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as throughout base coat over a coat of red oxide primer and two additional coats of synthetic enamel paint as in patches of different colours for making camouflage pattern as directed at site as per existing pattern complete all as specified including necessary scaffolding arrangement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
