Providing laying spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel (crushed stone) as per Table 400-1,400-2 or any other course material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labor, machinery, lighting guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification : Clause 401]. By mechanical means with a lead of 1 km for Grading -III Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of as per table 400-12 and 400-13 Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water to OMC inwet mix plant as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site laying in uniform layers with motor grader/F.E.Loader/paver finisher, in sub base/ base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibrotry roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406) by mechanical mean with all lead .KM 20

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 13mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B as per MoRTH specification Clause 3004.2

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using Viscosity grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 510. by mechanical means vg 30

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 511 by mechanical means type B (vg 30)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specifications Clause 505 complete in all respects. Bitumen (VG-30) Grading II

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects . GRADING I (VG 30 )

Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface throughly, applying and shortcrete mixture mechnically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1 sand and coarse aggregates confirming to IS:383 and table 1 of IS:9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 Kg./Cum, strength not less than 25 Mpa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6

Applying pre-packed cement based polymer mortar of strength 45 Mpa at 28 days for replacement of spalled concrete.
