M&L 15 mm thick , plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring/ hard standing path in alternate bays area not exceeding 2 Sqm each panel & joints filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) i.e.one part of bitumen and 3 parts of sand, and concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Light shade vitrified tiles, 10mm thick (minimum), (square/ rectangular polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm (including 600mmx600mm size) but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Light shade vitrified tiles, 10mm thick (minimum), (square/ rectangular polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm (including 600mmx600mm size) but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, in skirting/dado(cut to size as required) etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L coloured non skid joit free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick , (square/ rectangular polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L coloured non skid joit free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick , (square/ rectangular polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in in skirting/dado(cut to size as required) etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of wall tiling including cement motor backing coat and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm /450x350x7mm /450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutters) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs anodized aluminium window and ventilator shutters,side hung type without sash bars,aluminium sections weight exceeding 1.0 kg/Rm but not less than 1.60 Kg/Rm including jointing cleats aluminium snap beading/screws,anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 Nos), hinges type B-21 100 mm long(2Nos) suitable handle (1 Nos) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing old existing Anodized Aluminium partition panel /section from one location to another in office premises and fixing on PCC Floor/tiling/wall tiles with necessary screws by drilling in position and making necessary repair to aluminium partition if requied complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note :- rates are included for glass pane,pre-laminated sheet in aluminium partition should be taken out from frame and refixing in the same opening including necessary jointing cleats,glazing clips,rubber packing,anodised aluminium snap beading,screws,anodised aluminium fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
