Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix ( i/c VC equivalent design mix) in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work,chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surpius excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1:5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts.

Fixing of Precast SFRC Manhole Cover with Frame conforming to IS-12592 (Part -1)-1998 with latest ammendments 560 mm dia in all leads and lifts.i) Medium Duty

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipes conforming to BIS 8329-2000 (latest with up to date amendments) in a length of 5.50 meters class K7 with cement mortor lining in side duty ISI marked including cost of Tyton (push or joints) fittings including testing of joints and rubber gasket (S&R | quality) conforming to IS-92820-1989 (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separetely) in all leads and lifts. 150 mm Dia

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) within all leads and lifts.

Terms and conditions

The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge.

The cement, steel and DI Pipes shall be issued by the department from JSV Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar Mandi cement @ 368/- per bag, Steel Rs. 7615/-only per qtl. and DI Pipes free of cost respectively.

The Contractor will be fully responsible for watch and ward of material at site of work.

Nothing shall be paid for rejected/sub-standard material at site of works.

Concrete work shall be done by using vibrator and concrete mixing plant.

Crushed aggregate will be used in concrete work.

Material should be used of approved quarry.

Precast SFRC Manhole cover will be issued to the Contractor by the Department from Divisional Store Raghunath Ka Padhar.

The work should be completed within the stipulated period.

The rates Should be inclusive with GST and carriage

1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.

GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor.
