THE FEES FOR RENDERING ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR "Comprehensive integrated consultancy services for studying the buildings constructed in phase-I and assisting IIM Jammu in formulating requirement, Preparation of Master plan including external development works, Roads, parking, Nursery and landscaping of entire campus with green buildings provision and GRIHA rating and Preliminary of preparation Architectural drawings, Detailed Architectural drawing, structural design and drawings, assisting IIM in obtaining approval from local bodies like JDA, Town planning department, Fire department, Airport Authority of India, pollution control board, Environment impact assessment impact, vetting of structural design and drawings and services drawings from IIT/NIT. (Fees of IIT/NIT shall be borne by IIM Jammu) including services drawings for Internal Water Supply, External water Supply. Sanitary Installation, Sewerage, ETP, STP and recycling of treated effluents, Drainage, other E&M services, Internal and External Electrical Installation, HVAC, Firefighting, Lift, Interior designing including preparation of preliminary and detailed estimate. etc. for Permanent Campus of IIM Jammu (Phase II). AS PER SCOPE OF WORK AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER/CONTRACT DOCUMENT INCLUDING GST.
