Shifting ITC of upto 10 15 KVA EA set associated work for various RJIL shared sites under Nanded SSA.

Amount

1)Shifting & Transportation of various capacity EA set ranging from 10 KVA / 15 KVA , 1 Ph/3 Ph EA set from one location to other as required including arranging crane/hydra suitable manpower, vehicle for transportation, loading, unloading etc as required.

A ) Up to 1 to 30 KM

B ) Up to 31 to 60 KM

C ) Up to 61 to 100 KM

2)Installation of 10/ 15 KVA, 1 PH/ 3 PH E/A set with sound proof enclosure on existing foundation including load trial, testing and commissioning complete as required (fuel borne by agency for load trial for 1 hour duration).

3)Replacement of following faulty external parts/accessories by new one in the existing DG set /DG set control panel /DG set acoustic enclosure including connections, testing & commissioning etc. as required. (Note :- The replaced parts / accessories should be identical with existing one). The spares shall be suitable for 15 KVA EA et , etc as required.

a) Radiator hose kit.

b) Flexible fuel pipe set.

c) Fuel pump & Injector servicing & Calibration

d) Stop Solenoid

e) Locking Arrangement for Canopy doors .

f) Radiator fan belt

g) Start switch with key

h) Battery charging dynamo reparing

i) S/F Battery charging dynamo

j) Fuel Filter a/w assembly

4)Replacement of following item/accessories for 15/20 KVA DG set control panel including connection testing etc as required

a) Connector

b) 40 amps. rating 4 pole contactor with 2 NO+2NC auxiliary contacts

c) Auto mains failure controller as per specifications. Make M/s Utopia or SS make

d) 12 V, 10 amps rating SMPS Battery charger in metal body (Heavy Duty)

e) On / Off Push Button

f) 32 amp, 4 pole Change Over switch

g) 32 amp, 2 pole Change Over switch

5)Providing rewiring and replacement of damaged control wiring alongwith fault finding in existing EA set control panel including connections, testing etc. as required.

6)Supplying & laying 4 x16 sqmm PVC insulated aluminium conductor armoured cable on surface / recess etc. as reqd.

7)Laying 2 x25 sqmm PVC insulated aluminium conductor armoured cable on surface / recess etc. as reqd.

8)S/M end termination with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs for 4 x 16 sqmm Alu. Armoured cable etc as reqd.

9)S/M end termination with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs for 2 x 25 sqmm Alu. Armoured cable etc as reqd.

10)S/L 10 sqmm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor cable for extension of neutral/ body earthing etc. as reqd

11)Dismantling of existing Engine/Alternator from EA set foundation & then refitting the same with proper alignment and testing,commissioning of alternator i/c loading,unloading etc.complete as required.

12)Repairing of existing alternator of following capacities by S/F/ carrying out the following works i/c replacement of faulty spares/items & i/c testing,commissioning etc.complete as required.

a) Alternator stator winding

b) Alternator Rotor winding

c) Alternator Diode Assy.

d) Exciter Rotor winding

e) S/F Self Starter, 12 VDC

f) Battery cable 90 Sq.mm. with brass terminal & Lugs

g) Pump calibration from Authorised Dealer
