Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil complete as specified.

M & L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63 mm , deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with old size sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete as specified.

M&L 40mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth using extra cement complete as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts complete as Specified

M&L for fair finished Square, rectangular or polygonal Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, columns and stanchions complete as specified..

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses and vertical posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified

S&F Rolled mild steel purlins ,crane gantries, rails & fastenings & heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.Gde Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O complete as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes ,without and attachment of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends;screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut.dia of bolt 11 to 15mm & length exc 5cm long and n exc10cm complete as specified.

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ eaves board fixed with selp tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lenghts, bent to shape required & tying with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied & fixed in reinforcement Weight per square metre n exc 4 Kg complete as specified.

S&F Butt hinges 100mm size, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel complete as specified.

S&F Mild steel sliding door bolts 250mm long, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with & including a minimum of 6 bolts & nuts, four on bolt plate & two on staple plate.

M&L of two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) to receive th tiles complete as specified

M& L for two coat of cement base paint on new plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
