Annual Comprehensive service maintenance Contract of 1.5/2.0 TR split type wall/tower AC units complete with outdoor and indoor units of various make, etc as required, for one year.
Supply & Installation of new fabricated copper condensing coil with capillary & strainer as actual size and specification for split Air-conditioners with removing of damaged coils (Aluminium/ copper). From existing airconditioner in buyback process as directed by engineer in charge.
Annual Comprehensive Service Maintenance Contract of Water coolers of following capacity complete with cleaning etc as required, for one year.
a.) 40/150 ltrs. Capacity
Installation testing and commissioning of following AC units at required location complete with shifting, gas charging, connection etc. as required.
(a) 1.5 TR window AC
(b) 1.5 TR or 2.0 TR split type AC unit
Shifting of window / split AC unit from their existing loaction to store room complete with removal and transportation etc. as directed by engineer-in-charge
(a) 1.5 TR window AC
(b) 1.5 TR or 2.0 TR split type AC unit
Providing and installation of following items as per direction of engineer in charge :-
(i) Refrigerant copper piping of suitable size etc. as required
(ii) PVC drain pipe etc. as required
(iii) Three core PVC insulated copper wire of suitable size etc. as required
