Clearing and Grubbing Road Land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Dismentling of Existing Brick Edging complete in all respect. as per CSR - 8.5 (i)

Dismantling of existing strucutures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled matieral, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead to 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site to embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302

Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankement, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.1

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 mtr. Transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with all leads as per MoRD Specification clause 301.5

Brick Edging - Providing and laying brick on edging 6.83 cm wide, 11.11cm long and 22.86 cm high half brick deep including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth up to 50 mtr complete as per Mord specifications

Laying & Compaction of old Material received after scarification from raising portion after mixing 20% coarse sand, including Laying , rolling and Consolidating the same as per Specification.Complete in all respects.as per Mord specifications

Granular Sub Base - Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing well graded spreaded in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRD specification clause 401

Water Bound Macadam (Grading -I) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-A/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 1 as per MoRD Specification Clause 405.

Water Bound Macadam (Grading -II) -Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates wbm GR-III) of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MoRD Specification Clause 405.

Primer Coat - Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (Slow Setting-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRD specification clause 502

Tack Coat - Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using tar boiler / pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRD specification clause 503

20mm Thick Open Graded Premix Carpet - Providing, laying & rolling of 20mm Thick Open Graded Premix Carpet - Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using Bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, transported to site, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type ‘B as per MoRD specification clause 508.

Seal Coat - Providing and laying seal coat with Paver Finisher using viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 for sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type ‘B’ as per MoRD specification clause 510.

Vertical Post MS square tubes 80x80x4.80mm thick duly embedded with base plate 300x300x5mm in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of Size 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, below ground level. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1. Retro Reflective Sheet Type IV including cutting, printing, lettering & fixing comp. in all respects.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Citizen Informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. MS Plates 1.6 mm thick duly welded with MS angle 25mmx25mm x 3mm size on back on edges. The plates welded with MS flat of 50mm x 5mm. The flat iron frame of plates welded to 2 nos. MS square tubes posts 75mm x 4.9mm thick duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x750mm, 750mm below ground level. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
