Outdoor Unit: (Total 100 HP Minimum) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Volume / Variable Refrigerant Flow modular type air-conditioning Outdoor Units including lifting, loading/unloading, and transportation charges, equiped with full / 100% multiple inverter driven highly efficient twin rotary / scroll based compressors, precoated aluminium fin type heat exchanger, low noise, condenser fans, GI coated condenser stands, microprocessor panel with sequential starting of condensing units, coils, expansion valves, filters, single phase preventer, complete with controller and with accessories & sub assemblies fittings etc. for proper functioning of atleast 80 Tr units, including full charging of R-410A refrigerant gas or green gas at site complete as per specifications. The Unit shall be constructed from heavy gauge mild steel panels and coated, suitable for air conditioning operation on three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, RUN status & Remote start/stop command including multi-conecting KIT and MS Stand with vibration isolators, necessary accessories and top up of refrigerant gas at site.

Refrigerant Copper Piping: Supply, installation, testing of inter connecting of hard drawn heavy duty copper refrigerant pipe of following sizes suitable for R-410A refrigerant including suitable no. of Y, T Joints/ Headers/Refnets for SUB & connections of refrigerant pipes to units alongwith 19mm thick closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular insulation(13/19 mm) between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping inside the room shall be properly supported with MS / GI / STUDS / CLAMPS / HANGERS etc. complete as required. The thickness of copper pipe shall be as per OEM Standards.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting/ plenum complete as per IS 655-2006 with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of 0.63 mm sheet thickness complete as required.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Supply air jet Nozzle in extruded Aluminium construction and powder coated finish as per specifications and drawings of 275 mm dia.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 3.5 x 185 sqmm sizes & as per IS:7098-part-I specifications i/c loading/unloading & transportation of cables etc. complete as required:

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
