Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. including exacavation for sockets, dressing of sides where required, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1500 mm (slope-1 in 200)including getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per Chapter -2 of CPWD specification and direction of the Eng - in -charge. Repairing of leakage to damaged of lead joint for C.I. pipes C.I. specials in/c excavation of earth required upto 1.80m depth cutting of bitumen road/ WBM road (upto two or more layer, each layer of 30 cm average depth) in/c dewatering side protection and making the same with existing materials etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (lead will issued by the department at free of cost).

Clearing of deposited iron inside of laid CI/DI pipe line of different dia (150 mm/125 mm) and dismantling in/c trenching, refilling for every 100 mtr laid pipe line of required width & depth, cutting for every 100 mtr pipe iron through PVC coil pipe after clearing washing and laying the same with rubber gusket pipe laid as per direction of the Egineer-in-charge. (Pig lead will be issued by the Deptt. at free of cost but rubber gusket and other T&P will be arranged by the Agency).
Clearing deposited iron inside of laid pipe line (90 mm, 110 mm & 140 mm dia) in/c excavating trenches at required intervals, laid pipe line at required width and depth after cleaning washing of deposited iron and relaying and refilling of excavated earth with necessary coupler, solvent cement as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (coupler, solvent cement supplied by the department at free of cost).
Providing & fitting fixing of 2500GPH - 76 mtr head water lubricated submersible pump motor set of maximum 150 mm outer dia with maximum 10 (ten) stages coupled with required wet & non-over loading sub-mersible motor suitable for 340-440 volt 3 phase 50Hz A.C supplied star delta method for starting along with 35 meter x 1 x 2 x 3 x 2.5 sqmm jointless single length flat cable(continuous length) of suitable size fitted with submersible motor, suction case,stainer,coupling key, vertical non return valve cum discharge case in/c supplying of 10 nos suitable guard with clips & nuts and bolts ,02(two) pair MS Column clamps in/c installation of pump/motor upto the depth of 100ft by GI Pipe(conforming to IS:1239 medium class) for column assembly (Excluding the cost of GI Pipes) as per direction of the Engineering -in-Charge conforming to the terms & conditions of the contract (each pump with motor shall consists of stainless steel closed type impeller, I bowl,CI discharge casing,pump shaft(stainless Steel),bush bronze,shaft sleeve(bronze/chromium),sand guard wideing,motor stator,counter thurst plate, thrust bearing segment etc conforming to relevant BIS codes.
