Material & Labour for Pre-stressed concrete poles 9 metres long, size 102 mm x 152 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirement of IS-1678 of 1978 including painting the poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer upto 1.5 metres height from top of PCC coping in sky blue and white colour in alternate strips of 15 cm high each, with & including numbering the poles in synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing GI pipe bracket, made out of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe, fabricated into shape and size as required, not less than 1.2 metre long complete with two MS clamps made of MS flat iron 40mm x 6mm with bolts, nuts and washer complete all fixed on poles/walls complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 72 Watt with IP 66 protection, impact resistance of IK07, with potted driver, 230 Volts, pressure die cast aluminium housing, all connected acessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC cable Junction box of size 300mm x 300mm x 150mm , pole mounted, shockproof, rust proof, maintenance free, weather proof , for street light central with linked door, including one 6 Amps MCB SP with aluminium bus bar TPN for controlling the Street Lights complete, including mounting the junction box on pole with MS clamps, nuts & bolts complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables 25 Sqmm 04 core (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Aluminium conductor complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of PVC insulated copper conductor cable of 2.5 sqmm 2 core for connection from street light to junction box including 20mm dia ERW MS pipe for protection of wire, with two mild steel clamps made of flat iron size 20mm x4 mm for fixing of pipe to poles with required nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in Hard Rock, not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth for foundation/cable trench/laying of pipe line/taking out pipe, erection of poles etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in Soft/Loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth for foundation/cable trench/laying of pipe line/taking out pipe, erection of poles etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in Hard Rock, not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and exceeding 1.5 metres but not exceeding 03 metre in depth, for foundation/cable trench/laying of pipe line/taking out pipe, erection of poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in Soft/Loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and exceeding 1.5 metres but not exceeding 03 metre in depth, for foundation/cable trench/laying of pipe line/taking out pipe, erection of poles etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Tibba sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for stone slab 40mm to 50mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 cm to 30 cm wide and not less than 50cms in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pole coping, DG set plinth/hardstanding and the like, including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, pedestal including necessary weathering, formwotk etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth strip of size 32mm x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dully all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of Soil, PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead & also the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

Material and labour for disconnecting and taking out AMF panel and DG set of 20 KVA capaity, 01 number, including disconnecting all the connections with control cables and shifting of DG set with AMF panel from Kaylana site 1A to MES Power House Site 1B substation safely without any damage to DG set and AMF panel, including transportation and refixing the same on PCC plinth/hardstanding, making all connections with new control cables of required size and length for AMF panel, including making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for out door type LT Feeder Pillar box (Kiosk) of size not less than (L) 60 cm x (W) 45 cm x (H) 45cm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet (CPRI approved) with openable Front door including locking arrangement, with and inluding Copper Busbar 200 amps rating and one MCCB 100 Amps, 04 pole, 16 KA for incoming and two MCCBs 63 Amps, 04 pole, 16 KA for outgoing and fixed on angle iron frame of required size and embedded in PCC plinth made of PCC 1:4:8 type D1 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for point wiring for One light / fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amp, SP, one way 240 volts, with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (using colour code as per IS) 1100 volts grade drawn through and inciuding medium grade, PVC casing caping not less than 20x12 mm ISI marked ivory colour and accessories on wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with mild steel/pressed steel sunken box of 1.8 mm thick and 60 mm deep (with earth dolly), covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, socket and fan regulators etc including 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable for continuous earth conductor (using green colour) to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan of sweep 300 mm, copper wounded, made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230 V, 50 Hz complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for making of holes by diamond cutter on existing stone masonary wall by opening and removing of stone including finishing the surface of hole in cement mortar 1:4 including make good the hole inside outside to the entire satisfaction of AGE complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The size of hole shall be suitable for fixing the exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep.

Supply & fixing switch piano 5 amps flush type single pole one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite 65 mm x 20mm, white colour, two to three terminals ISI (Marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 230 V, complete with metalic blades, down road of required length, electronic fan regulator and all necessary accessories for fixing and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing wall mounted fan 450 mm sweep, 230 V, Single phase, heavy duty, oscilating type, plastic body, with all conections and wall mounting fastners etc, and all necessary accessories for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
